Fake messenger of the Gods, lvl 9999, appears to be good (really chaotic neutral). Appears before the hero and provides a quest for a rather "useful" item that eventually somehow becomes crucial in making the ultimate weapon, though the hero has a choice to sell it at multiple junctures.
