Well I got there (a good four hours late) just in time to catch the hostess looking up the house saying we were all going down to the beach (there is live music and fireworks and stuff there) and we get there where the party has moved to down the other end of the beach away from all the live stuff cause we were listening to the radio and the Triple J's hottest 100 countdown of 08 but once that finished around 4 everyone decided to leave D: It was pretty fun, we play frisbee and stuff. But I had some over friends which I knew where at the beach part so I found them and hung out for the fire works around 9 after which we slowly made our way home ^.^ Was a good day.

I don't think our school kids do either, but its like the last week of the summer holidays here so they like get it off automatically. And 5am? Thats early for school. Do you guys start early? Or you have to travel far or something?

My school is what's called a magnet school or a school that achieves a higher level of education. It's not college, but the expectations and work load are more than a regular high school.
Because my school offers things that other schools don't, we hold auditions in order to have the best of the best. So, we get people from all over the city. To travel from one end of the city to the other, in this case West to East, it takes an hour. I know folks who get up at 3 o'clock just so they can catch the bus on time while making sure they get all their stuff done for school.
It's hectic sometimes. I'm lucky enough to live only 10-15 minutes away from the school. I choose to get up early so I have time to get ready; my dad takes me to school and he has to get to work at 6:30AM. I get up 4:15AM.
Whew. Long-winded explanation. xd

Oh so basically jsut so you can get a lift? Or does school start ealry anyway? The earliset I started school was like 7:30am if we had an early class. And wow 3am? Crazy. It's awesome you're in one of those school you smarty ^.^ I'm too lazy to get into one of those xd

Yeah, pretty much so I can get a lift to school. I hate walking to my bus stop about half an hour's walk away because I get hooted and hollered at. I don't enjoy it much, so, my dad's been giving me a ride for the past three years.
My school starts at 6:55AM. I'm only going to that school because I wanted to take their highly reviewed band. I didn't get in for it, though, so I tried out for Japanese. I got in and Japanese has been my major. The only reason we have majors is because our school day runs an hour longer than everybody's else's. x3

Ohreally? I might just check that out. I read something of a fanfiction the other day. It concerned Harry's son James. It was called something like "James Potter and the Hall of Elders' Crossing." I'd strongly recommend it. It's very well written. 3nodding
