I work at a call-centre part time. (Used to work there full-time, just about lost my mind, and quit.)
I do customer service for a very large software company. =x So my job consists of ignorant assholes screaming at me about their computer problems. Because, you know, obviously it's MY fault that they are too lazy to use a search engine to find an answer to their simple computer question.

Lol yes, I can imagine those people are very annoying. I find it bad enough when my mother winges when she cant work out why the internet isn't working before i inform her she has sapces in the url and thigns like that stare
Do you know the term PEBKAC? I find it amusing.
