I just hate math. Ever since my third grade teacher. She was so impressed that I wanted to read, she'd never make me do any math.

Elementary teachers have a way of screwing you up. I had a teacher that "didn't believe in homework," and I got in the habit of not doing homework

Math doesn't work in my head. It's so frustrating. I was a good student, and I am used to understanding concepts and how to do things.
When I got into high school-level maths, it was over my head. No matter how much it was explained to me or how hard I tried, it made absolutely no sense to me.
I can add, subtract, and multiply just fine (although division isn't my strong point), but once you get into algebra and trig and calculus...it's completely beyond my comprehension. sad
