ah I see the difference in experiences now Lazy (hope you don't mind me shortening it down) you deal with people at ranges, where they're more likely to be there because they honestly want to learn, or at least a part of them does. I deal with people in ghetto areas who don't really give a s**t about learning properly, they just want to be able to grab a gun and shoot/intimidate someone.
meh don't really agree with your philosophy there. I think guns cause more problems than they solve but I could be wrong. I'd rather get rid of all guns personally but that's just me
hey hey look my avi is smezzy mwahahahaha

Tell me, exactly what does freedom mean...
@Sanzo: http://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/extended-discussion/swords-are-a-weapon-for-cowards-v2-0/t.44485397/
This is the thread I was telling you about. Later in the thread, he quotes a user named Seksi_rouge, whom I know in real life. If yuou read a bit after that quote, you will notice that he doesn't argue with that quote, he just says not to post it.
And it is very rare for me to get mad at someone. I get irritated, sure, but rarely MAD. I'm generally a very easy going guy.
EDIT: Hey everyone! And that is such a big bummer, Laz. BIG BUMMER.
...if I'm not free to be as twisted as I want to be?

I think guns cause more problems than they solve but I could be wrong. I'd rather get rid of all guns personally but that's just me hey hey look my avi is smezzy mwahahahaha I'm going with what I see. At ranges and around town. The folks who carry, who I've encountered, as well as the folks who I see at ranges and the like, tend to be rather responsible. Numbers-wise, there's such a tiny amount of idiots misusing firearms that it has no real bearing on the gun community at-large. That's not to say there aren't idiots out there, though. You can pick them out really easy, because they tend to do mag dumps and limp-wrist their pistols as well as having very poor stance for rifles. I don't mind if you call me lazy. Statistically, disarming people causes violent crime, per-capita, to increase. It's because firearms are an equalizer of sorts. It's literally the only thing that would allow a frail 90 year old lady to hold their own effectively against a 20 year old hood who's in his prime.

It's literally the only thing that would allow a frail 90 year old lady to hold their own effectively against a 20 year old hood who's in his prime. I've never seen such a statistic... It's more of a compilation of statistics and such, generally pertaining to the tendency of gun control to negatively affect(make it worse) any given trend regarding violent crime. I've actually never seen any case where gun control had a non-negative affect on it, actually. @ Sanzo: Sounds good to me. This is a subject I tend to get started on and have issue with stopping on. One could consider me a gun nut without being inaccurate in any way.

Tell me, exactly what does freedom mean...
@Silver: Really? That close, eh? The most twisted thing like that to happen around here was a couple years ago, some kids stole a dog and took it into an arroyo and stabbed it.
@Sanzo: It takes a lot to get me truly angry, and insulting friend or family is the first to do it. I got onto my aunt last saturday for doing BOTH.

....Lazy are you anti-gun control? Because when I imagine no gun control I imagine criminals getting guns way way way too easily for my liking
