By Faranth! You and your dragon pull off a pretty awesome move to catch some Thread that's fallen through. You're able to save one of your Wingmates! Quote one of your Wingmates who took damage this Round! This will remove damage and any possible negative effect from that roll!
The pain from the initial hit had ebbed enough to give Miryath a little extra gusto while flying. A'star was proud of his girl, giving her an affectionate stroke along her neck as they leveled out again. Good thing he didn't get queasy with all the twisting.
Coming in close, watch your head. The green's voice was a low and rough warning as she zipped in close by Vedmath to flame a nearby cluster of Thread. It wasn't like he'd be twisting to get it before she did, and it wasn't a competition, right?

A strong gust of wind suddenly pushes you off course and right into a sliver of Thread! If you're a blue or green, you wind up twisting easily out of the way, flaming it down successfully! [+1 Stamina]
Miryath, while large, still was easily blown about by the wind. It wasn't hard for her to twist even while blown around to avoid being hit, however.

They popped out from Between and directly into a nasty clump. While Miryath was too stubborn to cry out in pain, it sizzled across their bond and A'star's own mixed with it. She blinked away again to safety, but it hurt

Halfway through, and down to low altitude. The fighting would, ideally, not be quite so bad down here, although when the next change came, it would be back up to the thicker thread and higher winds up at high altitude. Not that things wouod necessarily be easy down here.

Dezerac and Bronze Vedmath 2/5
A little sliver gusted towards them, and the large bronze wasn't able to get out of the way. Fortunately, it was only a grazing hit, no cause for concern.

Vedmath swooped after a small tangle of Thread, just in time for the wind to change. Fortunately for them, one of their wingmates had a sharp eye and impeccable timing. He did as the green bid him without question, and wasn't so much as singed, let alone scored. He radiated warm gratitude to the smaller dragon, thrumming. Thank you, Miryath.

The oldster's toss fell a little short, and Y'vel had to swiftly reach down to grab the bag. Desrath gave a squeak of pain when thread bit into then. A trip between later, she wheeled to face the thread.
