nerevar7incarnate A storm could be heard the clouds rolling in from the north, over time the sky gradually turned darker and a flash could be seen here and there. Lightning will always strike at the highest point around... Amie shivered with the onset of a storm nearby, lightning flashed, revealing the strange occurances on Uri's body, looking into his mind, slightly, Amie saw a battle raged, interested, Amie watched the battle, listening to what was going on outside, she settled herself, and watched the battle, an intense look on her face, a slight grin curved the corners of her mouth up...

"There's an intense battle going on in there, the two parts of Uri, the good and the bad, are battling, the bad being far larger than the good, the fur and injuries came from the bad, Takashi. Takashi's a very large beast, he wants to be free, Uri knows that shouldn't happen, and is doing his best to make sure it doesn't.

The pain shuddered, Uri's eyes felt heavy from fatigue. His being was so real, his mind could not comprehend what was happening. He looked up at Takashi and saw his pain as well. Water filled up in Uri's eyes he could barely see this but was sure there was something wrong. Sure enough blood began to drip off the left side of Takashi's back. Uri could just barely see the ends of what looked like fingers ejecting out of Takashi's shoulder. Takashi yanked his hand out with a reaction of confusion and hatred. Soon enough the Takashi regained himself and had the look of dumbfoundedness. Uri wiped his eyes and seen Takashi himself again. "It would seem that your wounds inflict on me, though my rapid healing rate only just was able to heal the wounds inflicted on your body," Takashi said with termoil. Uri grasped his left shoulder laying on the ground staring straight up,"Then I guess you are out of options other than just shear torture. Killing me would just please you so much would it not? Did I not tell you, so if it comes down to that I am just going to kill myself the minute you break free." Takashi had a mocking look on his face,"You do not have the mind for such an act!" Uri rebuttled,"If it means stopping you I do." Takashi steped over to Uri and kicked him with full force, making Uri fly a few feet, rolling to a stop on his face. Takashi walked over to Uri once more to pick him up by his right shoulder. Uri grasped Takashi's arm with his right hand and with his left struck Takashi's arm attemtping to use his Paralyzing palm. Takashi looked upon him with an evil smirk,"You cannot use your simple techniques on me," squeezing hard on Uri's shoulder justto throw him to the right. Uri slid a few feet to a sudden stop.
"Uri you must never forget yourself. Know the potential you hold. Your powers do not reflect mearly ultamate power's, but to sacrifice yourself to protect what you hold dear." Uri saw himself as a child before his father. A smile gleemed upon his father as he said this, patting Uri on the head," Power simply comes with the sacrifice intime." "With a steady pace and a calm heart only will you be able to protect that which is most pressious too you," his Master had said,"what is your most pressious too you?" Uri looked at his Master,"Someone I hold near and dear. "Then protect that which is pressious too you! Know that is always there until taken away by forces we cannot control."
Uri looked up and saw Takashi walking closer to him.
"All roads must end, how you choose to let that end comes is your choice. Struggle on until your end is final. We all suffer in some way or another. I suffer to see you hurt over me." Uri saw the image of his pressious one. They sat on a hill in a far back memory. There the sun had set upon the great sky that shown the stars more vividly then ever. Uri reached out to hold his pressious person once more.
The image faded into the moment before Takashi was going to step upon Uri's face. He saw a right foot cocked up ready to come crashing down hard. Uri heard the echo of his mother's voice. The same voice before that horrible night. He heard a name, a familure name. The name of his katana. The Demon that cried. The Demon that his father held in his hands to hold victory. The Ice blade, Shikamaru. Other wise known as The Demon's Cry of Ice. Uri rolled instanly to the left to avoid the crashing foot of Takashi. Uri snapped up to his feet, holding out his right hand to summon the likeness of his sword in his mind. Takashi looked towards Uri's position and saw this. "You fool, that would only hurt you more than it would me!" Uri looked forward and gave a smile,"Who said I was going to use this on you?" Takashi's face went deathly ill in panic and charged at Uri.

KatoshiUriotai "You fool, that would only hurt you more than it would me!" Uri looked forward and gave a smile,"Who said I was going to use this on you?" Takashi's face went deathly ill in panic and charged at Uri. Watching this exchange in the movie that she was watching in the mind of Uri, Amie's own mind began to swirl, what was he going to do with that? Amie tensed up, watching this, waiting to see what would happen, her own right hand clenching upon the hilt of her own sword. Anxious, she waited...

Before Uri could do anything Takashi tackled him, knocking Demon's Cry from Uri's hand and bringing Uri to the ground on his back. Takashi repeatedly scratched at Uri's face and body. Instantly the katana apeared in Uri's left hand and he struck the left side of Takashi's neck. Impaling all the way through. Uri puleld out the blade instanly as Takashi fell back in pain. Slowly Uri got to his feet and stuck out his weapon, blade facing Uri's stomache. Takashi healed and was on his feet only to witness the distruction of his dreams in a second. Uri brought in the blade through his body. Uri stood looking at Takashi with an evil grin as his sight began to get a little fuzzy. Uri's stance began to waver as he became unbalanced. Takashi screamed a loud thunderous cry in pain, not physical, but emotional. Uri tasted the iron in his blood as he coughed out. The spit and blood mixed, making the liquid drip faster down his mouth. Uri feel to his knees and witness before him his final sight, Takashi wounds becoming physical that were inflicted on himself. Uri fell over on his lap slowly drifting away, hoping to see his special person soon. His mission was to end here, he thought. He closed his eyes and dreamed of his sanctuary. Takashi dragged his body over to Uri. Limping in pain from the wounds that appeared. He looked down at the body,"You baka...risking your life just to stop me... I guess this plan was a failure as well," Takashi coughed up blood,"nothing left to do then to leave you alone for now..." He laid out Uri's body on his back and kneeled over Uri. Takashi brought up his hands and began to save what was left before the spirit left for good. Takashi sat for a good half hour working the last of his power. This was a do or die, save the one person you so dearly hate, or die doing nothing. He shivered in pain as he felt the spirit leaving. As long as Takashi was alive Uri was still there, atleast taht was the idea he had. Minutes felt like days. The vision of Takashi fading. Finally he took his right hand and brought it into Uri's body. Not physically damaging him. He reached for his heart and groped his heart, pump starting manually to keep the blood flowing. After releasing his right hand, Takashi brought himself into Uri. The final move, bring back Uri's power to full to make sure he would survive. There Uri layed, in his mind motionless. Time flew in his state.
Uri was floating in an abyss of nothingness, but was surrounded by everything. He felt light but could not move his arms, though he did not see his arms. What was he? Where was he? Uri could not teel what he was "looking" threw. There in a flash he saw someone familure, Nerevar! Uri's vision went black again. What felt like hours he could see again. But still was the same sights as before. There he saw light all around him, then nothing again. Forever was this dream he felt. Then pain again. He felt something that he thought should not be. There was no emotion though. There was nothing there. Again he was in darkness, he was nothing for a time.
Uri could feel dead weight. He felt like his body would not respond to his comands to move. There was only struggle and pain when trying to. Like his limbs wanted nothing more then to just stay put. His muscles felt tense but were in no action. Uri layed there and thought to himself, could he be alive or could he be in a hell of some sort. He heard voices telling him to get up, voices familure of long past. Voices that were dead to him except in his mind. Suddenly Uri imagined himself falling through the sky. His hair blew wildly in the air and he felt his limbs struggle to move. Then there he was, running along the forest trees. He felt alive. He stopped and saw someone falling in the sky and snapped back suddenly to himself falling once more. The memory to move was coming back as the ground rushed towards Uri. He hit and and lightly boucned up but felt the pain on the impact. He layed there once more and slowly got up. He could feel once more. He felt the balance evening out in himself. Nohting was wrong and he felt he could do anything with the exception of the fumbling on the movment part. He put his left hand on his right shoulder and rotated his right arm around to get out the kink. There was questions to ba answered why he was still alive or if he was even alive but he knew he had to find away back to his body. To see if he was. Uri closed his eyes and thought on the physical connections. He imagined his being back in his body. The same routine everytime. Except for the fact he lost all connections to his physical body. He took in a deep breathe to find his way back.

Watching the end of the battle, Amie breathed a sigh of relief. "He'll be waking up soon enough, the battle is over, balance is returning to Uri, no more need to worry." Amie's hand loosened on the hilt of her sword, her hand simply laying draped over the hilt of the sword. Pulling a special canteen out, Amie drank deeply of it, and leaned against a tree to await the awakening. "By the way, you had to need to be afraid of me, I never was going to do anything, it's a reflex to hang onto my sword, especially when someone else was using something, I just wanted something to grab onto, and this sword's the only thing I know of that can take my grip and not break." Amie said, looking at Lutra. Smiling, she took another drink and watched Uri.

(Cheers Uri you've given me an idea!) Nerevar eyes slowly began to open. The was a great stillness all around, so eerie but calm. He seemed suspened in this place there was no defined object of anykind and no end. Somewhere you felt totally at peace with yourself... but then he realised he was not with himself. He was disconnected he body lay in what seemed a forgotten realm... reality. The presence that was his soul was all he was now. Could he move? He tried.. and found that he drifted but it didn't seem like a motion, though it could not be called that, there was no effort no gain.
Suddenly thoughts darted in and out of his mind, flashes of the mortal realm. Memories of the last battle, his sword searing through demons flesh, the power flowing through him as he had let loose a rain of lightning and finally the last moments of his mortal life. Many a demon had been sent back to the hell they were spawned from, a product of the lightning which ripped through their bodies, though a few had remained untouched by the attack. He saw as the final seconds drew near their forms approaching, no sounds except for what was likened to a humming, a humming of energy. He felt his body being lifted from the floor it lay on, weightless. He saw Kouhai vibrating in the air it was suspended in , moving itself infront of him, and then the sharp pain, he took it with comfort to be released from this world by his own sword in the fleeting seconds before there was a tugging inside him, a beckoning of his soul, he released himself to it and all was black.
His eyes sprung open and he gasped (a memory of his body for he did not breathe in this realm of sprits). A smirk appeared on his face, "Kouhai, you've saved me again" he said in a laugh. "And so it is that I come to lay in the realm between mortality and death, inside the dark powers of the sword. I often wondered where the souls of my fallen enemies were taken... now I have travelled the same way." He laughed out loud at the irony of it all. He closed his eyes and moved deep within himself and wondered, how can the time of the mind exist in a timeless world? He waited... waited for that moment he felt his body calling, he'd be ready, he had already been away from his world too long.

"the spirit is weakened." Lutra managed to whisper before blacking out conpletely.

She thought of waking her up, but decided to let her rest some before she did that. Thus decided, she made the girl comfortable for a while, laying her out next to Uri. She sat back, deciding to wake Lutra up after Uri did. She leaned against the tree, watching over both prostrate bodies with a careful, wary eye.
