If we can make an M&M version of of Warhammer, then you can draw up rules for a Gundam and run it effectively.

Well, it's incredibly simplified. Normal M&Ms are infantry units, peanut butter M&Ms are medium units (medium tanks, small airships, etc.), and Peanut M&Ms are large units (heavy tanks, battleships, tesla tanks, etc.).
Each group used a certain number d6s to determine attack strength (Infantry gets one, medium gets two, large gets three). Then we added in Hero units which got little bonuses, such as an additional die or not dying in a matched roll.

Actually, there were five of us and roughly a pound of each M&M type, so we thought we'd play around before we started in on them. We ended splitting into five factions and one independent power, depending on color. I had the misfortune of sitting on the wrong side of the table, so I got hit on two fronts...
