The Windows Live team changes the support page every other week. =/ It's getting really irritating. neutral Especially since I have to walk the elderly through it multiple times a day at work. Now, if it's an issue with hotmail, you're off to the forums. Forget real help...

The only good thing about Windows Live is the Messenger. I'll admit I do like Hotmail's interface, but I'll stick with Gmail for its free IMAP.
