I own the manga anime and live-action movies xd In my opinion the movies were the best. Movies > Manga > Anime. Without giving away anyhting I just that the plot in the manga/anime just took a sharp nose dive about halfway through around a certain event which those who have read/watched know about, and it became something different. That doesn't happen in the movies and I actually like the differences in the characters. For one, Light is much more calm, cool, and methodical. He isn't always "Bwahahahaha *GIANT GRIN*" all the time like in the manga/anime. And the took the plot in a slightly new direction and took parts of the seires I thought lacked and were kinda poitnless and turned them into a great part of the story. In short, live-action movies FTW!

And well since there is lots of grey looking clouds hanging around I can't leave in case it rains and teh washing gets wet. And since by the time I'd get there the person im supposed to see will already be gone there is not much point xd

Laz: Light wasn't always 'Bwahaha *giant grin*' as you so eloquently put it. I think he really hit that point after he got his memory back >.> (By the way, I've only watched the anime and read like the ending of the manga cuz when Mr. Cow saw the ending for the anime he sorta went 'Um....that's not quite right =/') Anyway yeah. I think before he gave up his memory he was ******** in the head, but he was a ******** genius too. Then after he got the DeathNote back, he got all cocky and then soon-after took that nose-dive into 'batshitcrazy' territory sweatdrop Though I still liked him when he was like that =P 'Twas amusing (and I like my insane characters, thankyouverymuch) ninja Woo that was a bit longer than I intended sweatdrop Sorry...
Anyway. Yeah. Hi again all~

Anyway. Yeah. Hi again all~ Have you seen the movies Invis? If not you may not be able to compare exactly what I mean. Oh he was always grinning and acting weird from the start. I certainly agree he got a lot more messed up towards the end his his grin got wider, but in the film he was not like that at all. He was much more, calm and cool and collected and methodical in his thinking. That's what I liked. biggrin
