Ash, you see how little success I had with making one... I'd say just start with a key item that is common in superheroes. Like their tights. Or the underwear. You know... And go from there.

It's up in the Creative Crossroads subforum here in the ATG.
And yeah, soulbound items are ones that you can't trade, sell, or gift. The only options you have with soulbound items are to either keep them in your inventory or sell them in the shops, which usually nets you much less gold than if you were to sell them in the marketplace.

Doesn't bother me much, I don't almost ever use the marketplace.

I never have trouble with soulbound items XD I couldd always do trades with them and sell them off
