Indigo Project Kalstolyn Indy! I'm a huge fan of the sonnet form myself. That's what I was going for in the first section. The rhyme scheme is different than in the Shakespearian sonnet, and I still haven't mastered stresses yet... It reads like an Italian Sonnet, but the scansion is a bit off, you're right, and a few rhymes are a touch awkward. Sonnets are hard to master, especially when one tries to keep in mind ALL the rules of the form.

xd But, no, really. Soon enough. If we hit fifty donees... donatites? People who have recived donations, I'll start. If by, say, next Monday things seem to continue being mostly petered out, I'll begin the rounds again.

I follow enough rules to make it close, but ignore others when it becomes too much trouble. I feel better when I have structure, but I still need wiggle room in order to express myself.

I don't think so. according to my tally sheet, I have 21 on pages 1-6, 12 on pages 7-12, and an additional 13 after that. I guess it won't hurt to double-check once I have the energy though.
