I wish that I had a replenishing store of chocolate that I could only eat.

You get it, but get horribly fat, and become diabetic. Not to mention you discover an allergy to chocolate.

Granted but now they get so active in your live they put a tracking device on you and they ask you about your life all the time.

I'm already a diabetic! Muhaha! I don't think I can magicly switch to type 2 either. Since type 1 is insulin dependant.

I wish that there were no diseases in the world.

You seem to be fine for a few days then everyone gets sick in your city. They all die and since you were the only survivor, a top secret government agency takes you and does numerous tests to find out why you were the only survivor. They find out why but keep you locked up because you could be potentioaly dangerous.
