Perun grinned wickedly. "This one awaits the day that our swords cross in honorable combat. But it is not this day." His sword flashed through the air, opening a portal showing dim fires through swirling snow. "Until then, child of the void, this one bids you farewell."

"COWARD! FACE ME NOW!" Patrick rushed at Perun, his claymore appearing in his hands and turning into a relpica of Leon's Katana, "This is the Kamizoroe! Remember it!"

Perun snarls and tosses the cleric through the portal, followed by the warrior who he had been using as a channel (who's hair turned black and skin darker.) His appearance didn't change, save for the black eyepatch now over his left eye. He whirled and met Patrick's blade with his own, throwing crackling sparks.
"I would have been content to let it be. One thing you learn being a god of war is that bloodshed is not always the prudent course."

Patrick kept silent and slipped into his battle trance. He spun around and struck at Perun's other side. He widened his stance and grinned, using a gravity well to make the force of his swing harder.

Perun smirked and leaped, hanging in the air for a few moments. His sword flashed, the wide slash making a (usually) lethal blade out of the very air.

Patrick backflipped, and when he landed, his armour was on once again. He crossed his arms, blocking the air then spun around and sent a counter at him, "Shadow Flare!" He pointed the Katana at Perun, and the skies darkened ss torrents of black flames fell from the skies and decimated the temple quarter of Arrius. But decimation wasn't enough for him, "SHDOW FLARE! SHADOW FLARE! SHADOW FLARE!" He continued to bombard Perun wiht the black flames. He sinishes the bombardment up with a powerful gravity blast that would compress Perun and his energies, "THIS IS THE END FOR YOU!

Another slash of Perun's own battlesword created a vortex that drew in the flames, and redirected them toward Patrick. Perun himself vanished, reappearing behind the other fighter.
He didn't need to call the lightning he used to strike, not at Patrick, but right before him--the flash, heat, and sound intended to disable, not injure. If all worked as planned, the flash would temporarily blind, the sound deafen.

((WHEEEeeee I'm in a comic!! blaugh Ahem... sweatdrop well anyway... Ryhalts turned uberpowerful dueling into a spectator sport.)) Patrick "You are so foolish. This is not about religion, young Ryhalt. A mortal of your strength should understand that it is about truth. I am called Ia Nékala. As you know, this is one of the worlds that is flat. I come from the other side. It is where all gods are born, though many forget this when they come here. Heh heh heh heh. I will spare the life of your master if you give me Leon..." Ryhalt smiled slightly, the more he heard the more he came to agree with Velorius that this guy was a pawn breed on pointless rhetoric. Words like 'truth' and 'evil' were a dozen shades of grey open to hundreds of interpretations but this guy used them like they actually meant something. As Patrick and the Perun spirit clashed Ryhalt stayed to watch the fight, the Shadows however disappeared into the darkness, Ryhalt especially wanted Leon now just because Patrick tried to bargain for him. As the fight wore on Ryhalt was not overly impressed by Patricks mastery of gravity, true it surpassed anything Ryhalt could do in that field, but he knew enough of the others magic's to know they could deal with it. Then the man went balistic and started bombarding the entire area with shadow fire bringing ruin and destruction to the entire area. As Ryhalt struggled to maintain his own defences against teh black inferno he looked round at teh devastation and wondered how many priests and clerics, innocent priests and cleric, had been caught by the attack and were dying agonising deaths right now. Damn hypocrite, condemns others as killers but brings death and destruction without hesitation or concern for the casualties. At least we accept the truth of what we do! Suddenly a blinding light and defening roar filled the area and Ryhalt returned his attention towards the two combatants.

As Perun planned, the strike came down infront of him, but Patrick quickly created a well of gravity, diverting some of the strike to his left as he rolled right and spun around to face Perun. Half-blind and deaf, Patrick twisted his wristguard once more, his armour disappearing. "Finish me then."

"Hello, Mr. Mueller." A dark, cloaked figure stands beside the young Ryhalt. His hood is drawn over his head, concealing the face in shadow; the remaining cloak is plain, and reaches down just above black boots. He stares out at the giant of a being and the other figure fight, then turns his attention back to Ryhalt.
(Hallo everyone <.<")

((Forgive me if this offends but I must ask Daikon~Rage~Haru, are you just another account of Chibi's?)) Ryhalt jumped from the unexpected appearence of the cloaked figure. "Dear spirits don't do that!" Taking a closer look at the figure Ryhalt searched for a scythe. "I don't see a scythe, death carries one of those on this world right? Uh just in case I should point out I'm in my prime, perfectly healthy and with no intention of dying this day. Assuming your not the morphological personification of Death can I ask who exactly you are?"

"My name is of no concern, yet I wish to ask of something that you had just said. What did you mean by 'on this world'?" Although his face is still unseen, he turns his head toward Ryhalt, "And I must apologize for not speaking my name."

Chibi-of-Doom and street vendors would fiercely barter with the traders who come from distant lands and other planes of existence bearing oddities and luxury items ((Well Established that other dimensions and worlds exist)) Ryhalt eyed the odd figure, 'he' didn't seem threatening yet there was something unusual, after all no normal nortal would be just standing chatting while such beings dueled each other mere feet away. "Well in this dimension, what does Deaths morphological persona look like, in most he has a scythe and wears long black robes and is rather malnurished(SP?). However this varies slightly from world to world and culture to culture. Out of curiousity who are you hoping to win?" Ryhalt tilted his head towards the two combatants.

Ixahrejem growled. Leon had died right infront of him, but he was too weak to stop it, "********/> When the fames came from the skies, he absorbed them easily enough. But now, that b*****d Patrick was fighting a god. This was too mch for him. Yes, Ixahrejem hated Leon, but he was now acceprted and his crimes had been forgiven. So, when he saw the man who founded his country...Who was the head of his country fall at the feet of a madman, he decided to take action. He waited until Perun disabled Patrick... --- Half-blind and deaf, Patrick twisted his wristguard once more, his armour disappearing. "Finish me then." Ixahrejem grinned when he heard this, "GLADLY! IGNUSSSSS WILL BURRRNNNN THE NEKALA!!" Instantly, he was consumed by flames that were over 10,000 degrees centigrade. Ixahrejem rushed at Patrick and landed infront of him. He was sure to strike out quickly, punshing a smoking hole in Patrick's chest. --- Patrick stumbled back then grinned, "Ygnus Yxahrejem Météorokkus. Einst un pleasure! He kneed the burning man in the chin, then continued with his momentum, backflipping and again hitting Ixahrejem's other foot before landing a foot away and rushing at him. Patrick rammed his shoulder into them an, sending him flying towards Perun...

He watches intently at the two, then continues, "It would be a surprise if the smaller of the two wins." He slips his black gloved hands into the front pockets of his cloak. "Death's persona, in my opinion, would be all who lives and breathes; as the saying goes, 'All shall perish under their own hand'." He suddenly turns his attetion to a new arrival, hearing the exclamation. "...."
