Zil then said, still trying to somehow struggle from her hold and stop from choking or not being able to breath, "Well, yeah. But don't the prince or any other Helmshire people. They'll kill me and have my head on a platter. We already have bases set out all around Helmshire. It's just that occupying them obviously without the king's mostly hard-to-get consent is rather... illegal"

Jian nodded and turned to go get the twins.
"Sir, it isn't the technology." The man tried to explain. "It's the shot itself. There aren't enough pixels in the camera shot to make out any features."
"Illegal or not, he doesn't exactly have very many options." Shadow replied, wondering why Zil was struggling so hard, and let him out of her grip.

Damien sighed. "Well, we'll see if we can do anything. I'm not giving up just yet" the Absolute Leader said. He looked back at the image.

"Vincent. Valkyrie." Jian said, stepping inside of Damien's office. The twins turned and peaked their head out from behind the chair like little lost puppies. "Your father would like you to help with something."
"Ok!" The twins smiled and followed Jian back down to the room filled with the large screen, tech soldiers, and so on. The twins looked around, wide eyed with curiosity and thought of all the mischievous things they could get away with in such a room. Still, they knew better then to cause trouble when their father was there.
"They're here, sir." Jian said gesturing towards the kids who looked up at their father with their bright eyes.

Damien gestured to the image. "What do you think of this? This is the best of an image we can get. It seems someone was not very nice and stole a machine that you guys worked so hard to design. She also apparently destroyed a few others. Our fellow tech man says that they can't get a better resolution because of the camera quality. What do you guys think? Is there a way to get a better resolution?" he asked them.

"But this will put our relationship with your government in troubled waters. We can expect the loss of support for months if this isn't played right. Moreover, many wealthy Diethelm supporters were accused despite the lack of evidence against them. The charities were closed down and some other innocent people got tangled up in this as well. I was informed that the Laurels were some of those lucky rascals that got their lawyer to plead their case or something like that. Quite a shame, Mrs. Laurel knows nothing about any of this and luckily, Mr. Laurel is quite tight-lipped on the matter.

The twins looked at each other and then at the resolution. "Yeah..." Vincent said. "We can give it a shot." Valkyrie finished. The two walked over to the tech person and looked at the computer. "How does this..." Vincent started. "system work exactly." Valkyrie asked. The tech person showed them the devices and the twins began adjusting this resolution. "No good with just this image..." Vincent muttered. "Is this just a single shot?" Valkyrie asked. "No." The man replied. "Overlap the images." Vincent said. "What?" the tech person asked. "How do you overlap the images?" Valkyrie asked again. "If it's in motion and the camera is steady, then it's going to smeared." Vincent said. "If you overlap them and adjust them so they line up, you should get a clearer picture, right?" "Let me see..." The tech person said, making a few complex steps through the program and lining up the film. He then adjusted the images so they lined up and began adjusting the image. Eventually, they created a much clearer image of the person, but because of the distance, the image itself was hardly useful for identification.

Shadow replied, letting Zil out of the head lock. "Don't do anything too crazy now, you hear?" She said, walking towards the door.

Damien looked at the image again. "If we zoom in it will get blurry again. Would there be a way to overlay the image again at a closer view?" he asked.

Zil chuckled, "Funny you say that. I was just about planning to raid Helmshire lands for base material sometime" Remnants of his humor were returning to him from the conversation although his tone was still somehow dark and maybe even a little sarcastic, characteristic of a man that had lost hope.

"Sure, if we can find one." The soldier said. They played the scenes over twice and shook their heads. "That's the closest image we have."
"Well, I'm glad to hear you haven't lost all your bad humor." She smirked before opening the door to leave.
((Zil should totally try to stop her.))

"No, no, no. I mean zoom in the image, then try to overlay it again. Will that work?" Damien stated, trying to make himself more clear.

"Wait. Shadow!" He called out, turning abruptly to the figure that was just about to walk out of the room, perhaps just to gaze at her once more. He quite hated this. He liked Shadow's adult self very much but the fact that the inside was still really Shadow comforted him to no end.
