You know what the kicker is? The USPS is not responsible for lost or damaged items... Unless you can prove absolutely that a postal worker deliberately misplaced an item, they won't do anything. And, on the off chance that you can prove that to their satisfaction, the USPS isn't responsible, the worker is.

So if anyone tells you how reliable the USPS is, just keep that in mind...
