Chexley Streaking? I read the first chapter of Lord of Flies today in English and Ralph and Piggy were running around naked. biggrin
*Sneezes.* Ugh. I'll be glad when things are done blooming. I went outside this morning and by the time I got to school, my eyes were itching so bad. >_O Had this sudden mental image of Muppets Rolph and Miss Piggy starring in Lord of the Flies... *shudder* Hiya! ^_^

Yeah. My mother's being a mother, saying she wants to get a good seat and just... ugh. My prom is also this Saturday and she was really pushing it when she finally got my dress to the dry cleaners 5 days ago. From what I hear, I guess my father and I have to go get it.
I also brought up that I still needed a corsage. Personally, I was going to make it myself out of fake flowers. She's insisting that she buy it all nice and fresh on Friday (at least, that's what I'm assuming). It's hard to match flowers to a silver dress and zomg. I'm glad I only have to do this once.
I think the next thing she'll be freaking out over is my wedding. Gawd, won't that be a trip. stare

*Smiles sadly.* I don't have a date. My friends and I will meet up at the dance and have our fun. I'll be taken home by either my aunt (then spending the night at her house; I just realized that I need to figure out a way to get sleeping stuff over there) or picked up by my father and taken home.

Heh... My senior year, well, I was in deep denial to begin with, but I had asked a girl out to the prom as a friend... and she laughed in my face. I decided I could go on a Boy Scout campout instead. smile
|

There's several kids who I've heard that are going to an "anti-prom" which is pretty much an excuse to go party and get drunk/high. That or they're not going/seeing Star Trek instead.

For my year ten formal my lesbian firend basically decided I was going with her, not that I had anyone to ask anyway. And year 12 I went with Terra ^.^
