Picking up hinges and wood for a desk I've been working on. It's an old secretary desk that my grandparents had on the farm. The writing surface that flips down was cracking where the hinges were screwed in and the piece on the back of the box was split it two, so I've been working on replacing those two pieces as well as some TLC along the way...

@Invis — I've seen some BIG ones down in Texas. Long as my... hand and nearly as big around. Big enough to eat, really.

Oh that's nothing. I've seen a spider the size of my fully outstretched hand. Creepy b*****d was inside a tent I was camping in one year. Scared the daylights out of me. And don't even get me started on the Australian spiders. Bigger than a standard wall clock, those ones.

Big hand roaches are scary. I get freaked out enough with ones I used to see in the Philippines. I'm just thankful that there are no roaches in my apartment, though sometimes I fear (with my roommate flaky attitude towards cleaning) that it might happen someday.

@Erve — Was it a wolf spider? I had one of those in my tent on a Scout trip in Wisconsin. Named him Fred and watched him hunt Daddy-Long-Legs. 3nodding

T.T I need to hardcore clean this weekend (I've been slacking just cuz of the massive amount of studying I needed to get done but with the semester over, I think it's time to sterilize my apartment >.>)

If I ever go to the Philippines (which likely won't be anytime soon since my dad never ever ever wants to go back, even only for a visit), I'm probably gonna get eaten by the bugs T.T

I usually don't mind insects outside. But I don't like them when they're too close and I'm in an enclosed space. >_>

I don't like bugs that are in areas I live in >.<

I don't like bugs that have us as a main food source, regardless of where they are. Also, I hate spiders. Not so much for their spideryness, but simply because of how they move. It's ******** creepy when you think about it.

@Bug subject: A few weeks ago, I saw a moth that wad ******** huge. About the size of a cigarette lighter in length, but fatter.
