Moths and butterflies I generally have no problems with. Yellowjackets, wasps, and hornets creep me out, but I enjoy honey bees.

A moth huh? Hehe, that reminds me, my brother's afraid of butterflies XD
I've only ever seen one spider that I actually kinda felt bad killing, and that's just cuz he was amusing. Mine and my brother's shared bathroom in my parents' place is built right under the attic, so when spring starts and all the bugs start invading the house, there tend to be quite a few of those little cotton beetles (at least that's what I think they were called. They're tiny little things...) in our bathroom. Well one time I was in there and I was about to squish one and then a tiny ninja spider runs out from under the sink, across the room, and starts attacking the thing XD

Spiders are usually amusing, especially tarantulas. There are a LOT of tarantulas here xd
And how the hell are butterflies scary? lol

lol We're on the subject of insects and coincidentally I'm watching the Venture Bros. episode where Rusty turns into a caterpillar XP
EDIT: I have NO idea. But he freaked out when we visited these butterfly gardens in St. Maarten. XD He flinched every time one flew next to him and when the guide was showing us the different kinds in the little cage thingies he was cowering in the back of the group.
...Boy's got issues.
