Van landed on his feet, catching the 'kids', one in each arm before they landed on their behinds.

Larai grinned at her father. "Thanks for catching me."

"I don't care how old you two are, you're still my kids." Van said with a smile as he gave both of them a kiss on the cheek before setting them down.

Larai grinned up at her father for a couple more moments before looking over to Kai. She wondered if he was still grumpy over the whole kiddification thing.

Before Kai was rather grumpy, but he'd gotten over it, mostly because Larai got stuck getting kiddified too.

Mala lead her family towards the fair, grinning like a fool all the while. Once they arrived she grinned at everybody and asked, "So, who wants to go first?"

Kai was already oggling the technological wonder that was the roller coaster. "Thank you, dad, for giving me eternal life..." he said quietly, the thought at seeing what else could come about after something as cool looking as the roller coaster. Of course, he'd never let anyone else hear his thanks, especially not his dad.

Mala saw Kai gazing at the rollercoaster and approached him from behind. "So, Kai, you want to go ride it?" she asked before joking, "Or is simply staring at it fun enough."

"I call front car!" Kai said dashing to get in line.

 

[M3Gnificent]

Larai walked on after Kai, lining up behind him and wondering just how interesting this ride might be.

"So, you want to go for a ride too or shall we wait for the kids?" Mala asked Van with a small smile.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"I know this is a family outing, but it really is all for you." Van said putting an arm around her shoulders, knowing how insecure she was feeling about the kids leaving. "Whatever you want to do, I'll happily do it with you."

 

[M3Gnificent]

Mala kissed Van on the cheek, extremely happy to know that Van would help set something like this up simply to make her feel better. "Alright. Let's wait until Kai and Larai come back. If they enjoyed it, let's try it. If it sucked, let's not."

((No Mala post after Riley's hug in the other rp...? >.>;; ))

"I'll also make sure I win you at least one prize from some booth game while we're here." Van said with a smile before giving her a kiss on the cheek in return.

 

[M3Gnificent]

Mala's fool-like grin returned in a heartbeat after hearing Van's words. "I love you so much, you know that, right?"
