Basically, disco shirt, checkered bottom, red phat shoes, the...bear trap jaw...thing... a monocle, red tie, and a red mug. Oh, and of course a tentacle tail. I believe a belt and chain watch are also Jimmy favorites.
Just, like...look at my equipped items... whee

Anyway, Jimmy also wore a Soldat Steel Officer's Cap, but that's a pretty high price item and you can get the general look without it. Also, as I mentioned earlier, you can save about 1K by using the monocle from the Henry Hatsworth Bowler Hat.
