If I take a nap, I won't sleep tonight.
I'll just deal with it, and I'll be extra tired tonight. Might actually be able to sleep properly. whee

That might work. Actually the same thing happens to me. I'm a night owl to start with, one nap in the mid-afternoon and I'm up all night. ><

quoted for similarity, but then again, I don't really have an inner clock anymore, seriously. But I've always disliked getting up early in the morning, even with enough sleep. I work best from the afternoon to the night, or from evening to the early morning. School was meh because of that <.<

Try to find something calming and relaxing to do before bed to help and stay away from bight light and things like the TV, computer, for an hour before. I've been told light just messes with your internal clock and keeps you up.

Hola you guyyyze, hehe mrgreen
Also, yeah, it can mess with your inner clock, but I seriously don't have one anymore<.< or if I havem then it'S completely messed up.
also, speaking of sleeping...I cannot do that while sitting 'properly'...or to some extent lying on my back. unless I'm seriousyl seriously SERIOUSLY exhausted or ill.
I think my biggest sleeping enemy is thinking though <.<
Edit: and yeah, try a book. mrgreen

Hi Erius. Yeah I'm so not a morning person. The hours around the middle of the day are okay then I feel like doing nothing in the afternoon, then I'm wide awake again in the evening.
Books are good !
