Well aretoo the expo is actaully on in Oympic Park (ie the place where the Olympics were). Darling Harbor (where the opera house is) is like like the other side of the city. But not too far away. And you know, I don't think' I've ever seen it up close. I've seen it from across he harbour just not up close lol.
Oh and guess who was there aretoo hehe. Karl Urban (aka Dr Bone Mckoy from the new Star Trek w00t!

EDIT: WHAT HAVE THEY DONE TO THE NEW TRANSFORMERS MOVIE?! I haven't seen it yet and now you've gone and made me want to know what's been done wrong!

aretoo Paul Kattner I was going to be here but then there were too many boobs so I left. Er... are you speaking of guys (or girls) acting like idiots, or just female-type persons? If the latter, I kinda thought you *liked* them. smile Actually I was referring to Laz's signature. @Chex: Probably the same thing they did to the first Transformers movie?

I haven't seen it yet, either, just heard about it and was appalled. You can get a feel for it here. ...Oddly enough, the script was done by the guys who did one of my favorite movies of the summer: Star Trek. Directorial changes, maybe?

Aw man, now I'm worried I won't like the new Transformers movie. I haven't even had the delight to watch that Star Trek movie either.
My family's not one to go to theaters. stare
@Sil: Sadly, black and white's pretty much the only attire I have. I'm working to building up my gold before I start buying things. Then again, I bank mostly on people being generous and buying me stuff that's on my Wishlist. *Is a sad case.* whee

So-ooo... Does this pass muster for black and white? ^_^
Kusa and I had plans to see Transformers II... however, with those reviews I think we'll be more tempted to see Up again, or Star Trek once more and wait for it at one of the second-run theaters, if not DVD. smile
(Up got 97% and Star Trek 95% on Rotten Tomatoes, by the way) mrgreen
...Did Chex vanish again, or is she just lurking? ^_^
