As third years, we can." She directed the question to everyone of the third years in the cart. {Moving posts to the courtyard would be a good idea. We should have House Heads waiting there.}

Leon jogged down the station and just made it in time to slip into the last carriage as it was preparing to leave.

~~~Melody Raindo, First year~~~
Melody jumped in the door and fell, face-first into the train. Her pink-rimmed glasses flew off her face and out the window. She sighed. The train was already moving so it was too late to get her glasses back now. Everything was blurry as she quickly got up and ran down the corridors to find a fairly empty compartment, rubbing her face as she went.
After the Hogwarts Express stopped, Melody jumped down with increasing nervousness. She hopped on a boat that was empty and out of habit pushed her imaginary glasses a little bit further up her nose.
When the boat stopped Melody nearly fell out of the wrong side of the boat. From there she crossed the field, occasionaly bumping into people and mumbling an apology. Students were lining up for the sorting. Melody joined the queue and waited anxiously.
(Sry about doing this late because I'd been out for a few weeks.)
