Not much going besides me working.
I have made good progress on the cosplay I'm making that I hope to wear on Thursday for the evening premiere of The Last Jedi. I'm quite thankful that I'll be working in Box that evening. Definitely will be better suited with what I'll be wearing.
Yesterday was Evergreen Inn's staff holiday party. It was enjoyable as always, especially getting to see my co-workers in dressed up/casual attire rather than the usual work uniform look.

I messed up and forgot to request Wednesday evening off, so I could attend the Evergreen Inn resident holiday party. I've posted to see if anyone is available to cover the shift I was scheduled for... but so far no one's offered to do it. *sighs*
I originally commented on the image of the schedule when it was first posted last Wednesday but no one made any comments there. I figured I would try again as a post of its own, just in case people disregarded any comments listed on the image.

Usually I get a quicker response or at least someone saying "Let me see if I might be able to". I don't know if anyone is going to do it this time around despite it being a Wednesday shift, which is one of our slower days. *sighs*

I still haven't anyone offer to cover my theater shift on Wednesday. Considering I haven't received a single comment on my post (or on either one, really), I'm just going to assume I have to work that evening and won't be able to attend the resident holiday party. So frustrating that I forgot to request the evening off. xp

Everyone wants to talk with me right now. I had about a half hour long chat with Mr. Squirrel ((I don't remember what nickname I used for him before when I was commenting on him having feelings for me - which I believe are still lingering about)). Then my co-worker asked if I could remind those wanting to attend the painting class to pay her the fee in the morning, if they haven't already done so. And my Mom asked if I could stop by the store after work to get a box of cream cheese. xd

And I'm sure you're wondering why I went with "Mr. Squirrel" as his nickname. One of his favorite animals is squirrels... and pretty much all of the pictures he's used for his FB profile picture have been squirrels. So... I think it's a good nickname for him. Probably better than whatever I used before since obviously I don't remember what it was. sweatdrop

One of the residents keeps asking me "Do you want money?" and "Look, I've got $50. You want it?" No, -----, I don't want your money, especially when you keep asking me the questions in that tone like I'm one of your "friends with benefits". I'm not interested and never will be; also, I don't live that lifestyle. If you want to, that's up to you as long as you follow the facility's guidelines about visitors.
