I didn't go to my city's anime convention this year. I had forgotten all about it and by the time I remembered, it was already a week later.

I've gone to AWA every year for the past 10 years. It's sort of like a tradition with my friends and I even though we don't really watch anime anymore... sweatdrop

I can easily give up on anime, but it would be harder for me to give up manga. I just don't have the money to buy and finish the multiple series I have. I have over 200 volumes, sure.
I just don't go hunting to find newer ones to read.

People watching is by far my favorite thing to do at a convention. People wear and do some straaaaange things.
I think of it as Halloween...but for a whole weekend... biggrin

People watching is fun~
I personally did some cosplay stalking 3nodding
I especially love it when cosplayers from the same anime or game all come together. I remember a Street Fighter group that grew so freakin' fast and an MGS group. And of course the two Captain Falcons that started 'fighting' as soon as they saw each other >w<
And I don't really watch anime or read manga too much anymore, but still.
