I really didn't know what it was until a small amount of it was given to me in one of my classes. I was surprised at how good it tasted.

I really didn't think about maggots while eating it, either. xd

I tried it for the first time last month while spending the weekend at my aunt's house. She loves the stuff and I tried it out, but I can't say I really like it. I think it's the texture...

And I didn't think of maggots either >.>

Oh yeah, I can understand not liking the texture. It's not something your teeth can bite down on.

I wish it would stop raining. I'm not fond of the smell of standing water in the morning =S
Though it'd be nice if the temperature could stay cool-ish. Low 70s at least. Enough to let me wear a jacket.

Anyway, how is Chex today?

I really like rice and grains and such...so couscous is yum. Especially when you add in things like mushrooms and onions~

On the vein of odd foods, how many of you have eaten escargot? I found it to have the odd similarity to rubber.
Also, hallo everyone.

I love rice (and right here Mr. Cow would laugh and say 'you're so Asian') but the texture is just....unpleasant =S
But that's just me, I guess...

I had the opportunity to eat escargot ('twas on a Disney cruise a few years back) but I didn't. Stuck with my soup. But my mom had it and she said it was actually pretty good.

It's been in the lower 70s these past couple of days. The lows are in the mid-50s. It's been chilly.

No rain as of yet, though rain would nice. Standing water does get kind of stinky. They say it's supposed to smell fresh after rain, but all I smell when I step outside is wet asphalt. x3

I'm doing fine today. A little bored, but fine. :3 You

EDIT: I don't think I'll ever want to SEE escargot.

Luck you D: The coldest it's been this past week is like mid to high 60s and that's only in the early mornings. It usually warms up the the 80s by the afternoon...

It smells nice like right after it's finished raining. But when it's been sitting in puddles all over campus overnight....ew.

I'm ok. Lazing about instead of doing homework-ish stuff or eating. The usual.

EDIT: I really don't know. Your presence is pleasant, don't get me wrong, but I can't really pick a term to describe it. So I'll go ahead and steal one from Chex. Older brother works I guess, though I have no personal experience with them ^^;[/babble~]
