Bottling up emotions only works for anything except anger, V. I'd advise taking it out on a pillow or finding some wood to chop. It's terribly therapeutic, that.

As far as things therapeutic for anger goes... I'd suggest some excrutiating physical activity. Rapid push-ups or sprinting, for example.

In seriousness though yeah drama sucks.
I thought Jackson Pollock type painting was therapeutic too, And I've wanted to try the fill balloons with paint and play dart practice with them ._. but that makes a mess.

Well I generally don't get anger passed unless i'm doing something violent ^^; and the airsoft group is not active so my need to shoot people is high DX That and all the spiders are gone ;.; So my little moving targets are gone D:

Never seen them :3 and if they fly as high as planes I think that would take one powerful airsoft gun XD

I've wanted to try the balloon art as well... But yes, it does make a mess, and I find myself a tad lazy to do the whole setup. I'll stick with my usual slapdash painting for now. 3nodding

But that is true not to mention buck shot would be much more practical for a swarm of them ><
