Anyway, good morning, everyone. I won't be around much today: I have a baby shower to go to today.

Good morning~

Yesterday was, quite frankly, BORING. My aunt picked me up earlier than expected and I spent about half an hour over at my aunt's house while everyone was taking those last precious moments to make themselves look pretty.

Myself, my aunt, my cousin's fiance (the woman the receipent of the shower) and her daughter went over to a distant aunt's house and sat around, waiting for everyone to show. There WERE supposed to be more people: a couple of them were sick with H1N1.

I sat around the majority of them time, crocheting a hat. I won the first two games that were played: got two cute white shadowboxes with these little white roses in them (they can be hung on a wall). They're going into my Hope Chest for safekeeping. I also won a mini-bath set with soap, lotion and butter.

I spent... oh, maybe 7 hours over there. I WAS SO BORED. Oh. Yeah. I also got interrogated randomly by a drunken family member. I was very uncomfortable and he kept following me around.
