RAWR! I hate how expensive school textbooks are. The cheapest I can get my one textbook is for $58-something and that's for renting it for the whole semester.

I think that's crap. I swear, the schools know we have money to use on classes, so why not be evil and charge an arm and a leg for books? *Sighs.*

@Bass: Yeah, my Christmas was alright. Right now a friend of mine is trying to get me to go to this restaurant for her birthday. I could probably go, I just need a ride to and from.

So... apparently, gum goes bad. I found this out cleaning my room when I found some and tried to chew it. It didn't work so well.

Gum is sweetened rubber. When rubber gets old, it'll get hard and crumble. An example would be rubber bands. If you've ever noticed, when they get old, they'll break immediately if you try to stretch them around something.

Funny story... I got some OOOOOOLD Star Wars trading cards, still in the wrappers, off of eBay. Old trading cards (Star Wars, Baseball, you name it) used to come with a stick of gum. I dropped one of the sticks of gum and it SHATTERED. ^_^
