Not to ruin any previously existing good moods in here or draw the attention of the thread onto myself, but...
The "depression" has smacked me in the brain again.
Not like "my life is pain and suffering" depression. It's more the "I could be doing so many productive, fun, or enjoyable things right now, but I lack the drive and the will to move my a** from this chair" depression.
Any tips?

Get outside. I went for a bike ride today in the sun (clear blue sky, 50 degrees) and it was actually really motivating.
