She blinked away the tears that pricked her eyes, continuing to follow the golden snitch.

Brianna frowned when Kimberly blocked Bas' shot. Oh well. If his attempt didn't go through, hers definitely wouldn't. At the very least, the blonde was being a "team player" and proved that she could work together with her teammate; that was always important in football, so she figured it must've been important in Quidditch as well. When the keeper threw the ball to Alec, Brianna went after him to try and steal it back.

Annie eagerly did her laps on foot thankful for her uncle's still ridiculous mandatory summer exercise program and was so thankful to be flying up in the air she almost did another full lap before she realized the quaffle had been flung up. Cursing herself for getting distracted she flew over to follow the younger boy with the quaffle and attempted to get it back before watching it being hurled towards their goal only to be thankfully blocked. She then again flew besides her teammate to help at any moment neatly avoiding the blonde first year who attempted to steal from him.
