Well, in catching runners anyway. I forget...after using mean look and you switch the pokemon out, does that cancel out the mean look effect?

I see...similar to this quiz kids thing here in the bay area/peninsula...bunch of the high schools gather, and see who's the nerdiest...gets aired on tv too.
