I am super-duper tired! Today was ridiculous, so many calibration calls and monitorings to do. I have to listen to a bunch of calls and then score them, and then meet with other coaches and make sure our scores are all consistent.
(I'm a QA for a call-centre. I posted that last night, but I don't think you were around.)
