Awww... ONE of these days. Last trip to the Baja before "incarceration"? smile
(And perhaps you'll be lucky enough to have your ship come to Portland for the Rose Festival next year; I don't imagine you'll be assigned quickly enough for THIS year's)
And I think the casserole turned out rather nicely; it's potatoes and ham, with onion, celery, and red roasted bell pepper, topped with cheddar. ^_^

Actually, I'm dropping my grandma off at her cousin's place down south, a place called Delano. Then they're off to Europe. I may stop by a friend's place in LA, but we'll see.

That sounds like a nice trip! smile And it's pretty darn good... and then Dai hit me with this. I'm torn between "Ohmigawd, really?" and "Boy, that looks pretty darn tasty". ^_^
