Because falling's not the problem When I'm falling I'm in peace
Kerri: I don't understand it. French people look at me like I should understand their pain while talking to English people. Egyptian people ask me in English if I'm French... I don't understand D: (Although, my ancestors were from France. And fled to Scotland and changed their name biggrin )

Most of the French people here have slightly darker skin (not olive, but not Celtic pale) and dark hair. I think brown eyes are my favourite because where I'm from (primarily Celtic population), everyone has blue eyes or green eyes or hazel. Chocolate brown isn't common.

You'll swoop from incredible highs when you're just glad to be alive, to those lows when you wish you were dead. And just when you start thinking that you've accepted who you are, that changes, too. That's weird, Yunie. .__. But maybe your ancestry explains it? Idunno. D:
Tae: Oooo, phrases qu'as-tu appris?
I can roll my Rs. 8D In french and italian. My italian is beautiful, I've been told. I just have no idea what I'm saying. xD Because who you are is not permanent.

So I'm watching some Youtube videos on Serbian pronunciation and some of the words are the same as in French, or damn near. Avion is the same (plane) and balon (balloon) is pretty close. I did not realize they had similarities. biggrin

Welcome back Penny~
Kerri: yeah, me neither xD Apparently they look like me?
Tae: That's cool biggrin I was watching the last two Girl With the Dragon Tattoo movies the other day, in Swedish because there's no English dub yet, and I realized Swedish is a lot closer to English (in terms of pronunciation of words) than German is. I thought that was kind of cool.

Yunie: I got the movie and the books for Christmas. >w< The book is really interesting so far, and I can't wait to see the movie, but I don't want to spoil the story. xD
Moar Serbian stuffs: The accents on the letters are making so much more sense to me now. @_@ Instead of combining letters to get different sounds like in English (sh, ch, th, sch, etc.) they just add an accent. Much less daunting.
Now to tackle the sheer lack of vowels. Srpski? Looks like someone is trying to cheat at Scrabble.

Fffff- I just messed up some of my nail polish taking my hair down D: [/firstworldproblems] [/ladyproblems]
Tae: I got the first two books for Christmas, but I haven't started them yet. I watched the first movie in the summer, and then again a few weeks ago, and watched the last two movies back-to-back later that week. I thought they were very good, I'm excited to read the books x3
