Best "Bad Guy Character"

I like the head military dude from the movie "28 Days Later". He essentially set up a trap for any surviving females to fall into and be raped by his men, but he thought that he was doing the best that he could in the situation. It's like, he didn't necessarily want to do it, but it was the best thing for his men that he could come up with. A good example of the saying, "the road to hell is paved with good intentions", in my opinion.

I also like Riddick ("Pitch Black," "Chronicles of Riddick", etc.). I know he's the protagonist in the story, but I wouldn't necessarily call him a "good guy"...antiheroes = heart

Well it's not really evil it's just "bad guy." Sephiroth is portrayed as a "bad guy" character whether you sympathize with him or not (which I personally do).

As for bad guys...I have trouble choosing so in no particular order

Sephiroth
Hannibal
Riddick
Kira

and my personal creations...Xalthos and Thryst ninja xd

Sephiroth pwns. Nuff said. Granted, I may be biased here....But I would also add The Prince of Pain/King of Hate from my series The Castle. Anyone who draws power from hate is gotta be evil. But a number one evilness? Barney. Number two? Blue from Blues Clues. Sorry...but that stuff is just tripe. Growing up, I watched He Man and like, Thundercats and Voltron. Those cartoons rocked. A blue dog and a purple dinosaur is just lame. Just my opinion though. And remember ppl. I am whatever you say I am. If I wasn't, then why would you say I am?
