-Dirt Devil: will carry the dirt around the user’s body until the user stops spinning. Once the dirt is in motion as the user spins, the user resembles something of a large dirt devil, thus the technique. The dirt can effectively block the enemies sight to a certain degree, making it harder to see the user, thus, making it harder to block the users attacks. Also if close enough, the dirt could also get into the enemies eyes, causing them to sting, distracting the enemy.
-Falling Windmill: By jumping up in the air, the user stretches their arms out as if they are trying to fly. Then, after this is done, they begin to spin in midair. Because there is nothing but air resisting their movement, the user spins much faster than they would on the ground, then they would fall towards their enemy. Once the user makes contact with the target, the user will continue to spin, attempting to rip the enemy to shreds with the users spiraling blades.
-Scissor Strike: A simple but effective attack. By using the style to attack, the user will strike out with one blade, but then all of a sudden, switch the direction of the rotation and attempt to strike out with other. This attack if executed correctly, will resemble a pair of large scissor blades attempting to cut the enemy, for one blade is going one way, and the other is going the other way, giving the appearance that two blades are coming at the enemy from each side. If struck with no defense whatsoever, the enemy will most likely be cut in half, or severely injured.
-Blink Spin: By utilizing what the user has gained from completing all the stage 2 elements, the user of the style can perform this technique. By building massive tension within the body, the user strikes out at the opponent in the form of a simple spinning strike, however the spin is so fast, it has been proven that the spin is as fast as a blink, thus the name. Multiple’s of this technique can be performed, but between each strike, the user must give a momentary pause to rebuild tension, and then strike out again. Another way to use this technique is to spin, and then resume the exact position, one was originally in. This gives the impression to the enemy that the user didn’t move at all. However if one has a keen eye, they could see flaws in their position that wasn’t originally there before, however as the user rises in rank, these flaws are gradually dispersed.
-Full Moon Spiral: This is the first move in the style that the user is subjected to learn that utilizes chakra as weapon. By running chakra up the blades, the user spins at a moderate speed. Because of the forces generated by the wind, the chakra is forced up and off the blade, making the blade have a 2 foot extension made of pure chakra. The chakra itself is not as sharp as a well kept blade, but it can still cause deep cuts. If the enemy is hit enough times then the enemy could most likely die from blood loss due to the deep cuts. The jutsu gets its name from the appearance it takes when the technique is executed. If someone was looking down on top of the user performing this technique, it would seem as if a full moon was surrounding the user. The technique itself can last up to two minutes (the equivalent of two posts) and is useful for keeping the enemy at bay, or striking from a distance.
-1st Waltz: The user is now introduced to the signature technique of the Deadly Waltz style. The Waltz techniques come in four different forms, each one more deadlier than the last. The 1st Waltz, is the introduction to these techniques. By utilizing all that they have learned in the past two stages, the user makes a quick spin as fast as a blink, but instead of making a full revolution, the user uses the momentum of the spin and then throws his body weight in the desired direction. The result is an extremely fast movement. The user is thrown in that desired direction about twenty yards or less (if the user stops the technique). However, stopping is only possible for the user executing this technique by channeling chakra to their feet, creating intense traction, so therefore, the technique drains chakra. The user also has to stop a certain way, otherwise they would just be thrown back even more as soon as they stopped (since it is so abrupt). The way the user stops is by positioning his feet vertically with one in the back straight out, and with one in the front bent, all the while keeping low to the ground. This results in a quick and sudden stop. After the stop is complete, the user can tense up his body once again in the time it takes for a momentary pause, and execute the technique again while keeping the same chakra channeled to his feet. This technique is primarily for getting out of the way of an attack, however if close range, the user can spin out, striking the opponent with the user’s blade, and then using the momentum of the spin to quickly get away.

Kitsune is powerful fox demon with blazing fire eyes. It’s most powerful minion stage demon.
It can use natural fire which is because it is born with ability to use its energy to create flames which it uses while hunting food. Kitsune can turn into human form.

Fire immunity= Kitsune is immune to most fire spells or at least they don’t hurt it as much as they would hurt normal person.
Blazing coat: This is form of passive defense kitsunes fury constantly generates heat which can be seen as orange glow around the demon. This chakra protects the demon from cold, attacks and from parasites.
Inferno= Kitsune can release burst of flame from it’s body to burn everything around it in radius of 3m.
Weapons: claws, fangs and fire element
Strengths: Brute force, they are very fast and they can hide very well in wilderness and their abilities are very good for minion demons.
Weakness: They are in same level with animals working by their instincts.
They can’t be used when it rains and they are weak against water jutsus.

Background: Vincent was born to the heart of the forests, his family not really belonging to any certain village. He lived oblivious and happy for a child only a few days old, but he remembers the death of his parents, an unknown assassin murdered them both. The only family he had left was his sister, but he still hates when the word is used, as he was deprived of that when he was younger. He grew up in the streets, an orphan who had the will to live on, even though death constantly loomed near. As he entered the academy, he was wielding his family heirloom with no knowledge of it, running in to his childhood friend, they awaited to be tought. His life was turned upside down from that point as everything was instantly destroyed, he found himself trapped under rubble. He constantly shifted through it until he decided to just punch through it all, making his way outside of the academy with a broken headband. He found himself fighting against a jounin at the rank of academy student and was knocked out soon after making a foolish move, he later awoke at Kusa, thus he loves to visit. After cleaning out the ramen shop, he was returned to Kohona, somewhat injured and glad he wasn't made in to a puppet. Sometime later after graduating, he traveled to Kusa again, only to be attacked by that same ninja, this time, his mistake nearly cost him his life. He ended up trapped between bombs and his arm was took most of the explosion, leaving him scarred, he later put metal on his injured hand instead of bandages and began learning with his sensei. Sometime later, he was promoted to chuunin and left on a long hiatus, returning a little bit changed, but still the same Vincent. Some time in his life, he became a demon summoner, his first demo was kitsune, a demon he already knew and was on good terms with. Vincent is the heir of a technique lost to time known as the Deadly Waltz, he wields it proudly and only uses it as a last resort, those who see it and tell it's secrets must die.

xxxxxx Background History|| After my birth, I was raised by a family of three, my mother Sosei, my father Kenric, and my sister Teshi. I was adopted by this family, since no one ever knew my family I was raised by these three loving people, when I was around 6 my father taught me how to create weapons and multiply them, making me into a weapons crafter and a master at that. My mother then taught me at 8 how to play the flute, when I was 10 I was even better then her at it and could calm even the craziest of people down. At 12 My sister taught me how to sing by using singing excercises and when I was 14, I was a singing prodigy and made my family so proud, When I was 15, my family was out in the village and I was at hope playing my flute when all of a sudden a bunch of noise was heard outside, when I looked my whole village was being massacred in front of my eyes. I cowered in my house knowing my family would die and became very sad. When the ninja's left I looked around the village to find if anyone survived and no one did, that was when I decided to go to Konohagakure and train as a ninja, I am now 17 years old as a chunnin and proud to be a Konoha Ninja.

Personality: Kaemon is shy but he is also out going when he gets comfortable with the people around him. He often makes friends real easily but his shyness increases with adults. He is not as cruel.
Background: Kaemon grew up in the leaf village just like every Ninja in Konoha. He was a Uchiha, and like most Uchiha, they are destined for greatness. Though that is what they are told that, Kaemon follows his own path. He is not cruel like his brethen of the Uchiha and is considered to soft to be a Uchiha. He normally pushed around but with his reserve quietness and his ability to study things around him, shows how much promise he has as an Uchiha. He spends most of his days alone, unless he meets new people.
One day while being picked on by other Uchiha's who had constantly hated him for his softness. He started to fight back the best he could until one of the bullies, a genin, started beating down on him. With such emotional strife and stress his sharingan was released and the genin had backed off, fearing that Kaemon would copy his techniques. Currently he attends the ninja academy.

Description: A relatively basic katon, this one uses chakra to coat a metal shuriken or a kunai with fire. If the attack succeeds, not only will your opponent be hurt by the shuriken or kunai, but he will also suffer from burns.

With this opening, the user is able to make a hasty escape or even move in for a killing blow. The severity of the flash, however, lasts only a moment and causes only spots to appear until an opponent’s sight becomes clear again.

Literally lasting only a few seconds, it explodes out of the mouth in a v-like wave and is a commonly used technique amongst shinobi who like to build into their attacks. The range of this flame, however, is about 3m and the flame itself isn’t held long enough to deal any real damage. Therefore, it isn’t necessarily a viable offensive option as compared to other jutsus, but it does serve its purposes since only three handseals are needed to perform this technique.

The flames have a high temperature, as they can create an updraught which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds. A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession. Anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes.

Description: Basically your typical clone, formed from wind. It is easily bested by any sort of skill, but this clone is still better than the average bunshin as it is able to attack and be attacked.

Description: Utilising and controlling the wind, the user is able to force the wind beneath an object in order to force it to rise up from the ground. The effectiveness of this jutsu is very much dependant upon the weight of the object in question, so large objects will take longer to lift, while lighter objects can be quickly lifted. Additionally, as the jutsu works by forcing wind beneath the targeted object, the higher the object gets, the harder it is to raise it any higher. The users control affects the speed at which they may raise an object, so while a person with only 5 control would be slow to raise a rock the size of a persons head, someone with a control of 40 could lift enormous boulders without showing significant sign of slowing. Only inanimate objects can be levitated.

Description: A basic skill for those learning to master the art of wind control. With the ability to control air currents the user can utilize them to their advantage when throwing projectiles such as kunai or shuriken, using the wind to aid the speed and trajectory of their weapon. Someone with a 5 in control would only be able to give it a slight boost in power, while someone with a control of 40 could make them fly twice as fast.

Description: The user exhales a thick cloud of smoke that forms itself into a defensive dome. The dome of smoke can be made small to encase just the ninja, or large to encase and protect a squad of ninja. The walls of the dome are thick and hard and are a challenge to break through. The smoke will repair itself from damage, but a large hole will require a lot of chakra to fix, thus taking up another jutsu as if you preformed the technique again.

Description: A defensive jutsu at best. The user distils the air around him or her with his or her chakra and at the exact moment of attack releases a large burst of air. The blast of wind goes out three feet and knocks a victim back at least five feet and can stop projectiles. It is a defensive move that is usually used when the user is caught off guard. The wind can only be released in one direction however, and a cool down period of three posts is required before it can be used again.

Description: Wind is gathered with chakra into a swirling ball that is hurled towards the opponent. The blast explodes on impact, causing cuts on the target's body if a direct hit. The actual force of the explosion of the Kaze Bakuhatsu feels as if a Gouken Stage 2 Punch is hitting you. A cool down period of two posts is required before this jutsu can be used again.

Description: Building up a great amount of air in their chest, the user distils chakra to expel a great gust of wind directly from their mouth. The wind is not strong enough to push back something as solid as a human body but can deflect light projectiles such as kunai and shuriken.

Description: Loosing a short blast of air from their hands, the user is able to propel themselves in the opposite direction with considerable force. This jutsu is ideally suited to Wind ninjutsu specialists, who often tend to favour avoidance of attacks rather than powerful defences, and can be used to either move very quickly to the side, or even propel themselves quite high into the air.

Requirement: Weapon, like a fan
Description: The user uses chakra and a weapon usually to create large bursts of wind at an extent. In reality it is not an actual burst of wind but a tornado that came from the user. The wind slashes objects; at most it can cut tree branches. Like a real tornado, the wind expands as it goes farther and hits larger targets. The wind disappears after being shot for twenty feet and at most it widens to fifteen feet. If this hits you will be severely cut and knocked back, and most genin elemental jutsu are dispelled when they are hit by this jutsu.

Description: Focusing on the air around them, the user is capable of causing parts of the wind to “burst” suddenly, causing anything nearby to be knocked aside. The burst does not do any damage however, and its primary purpose is to interrupt and leave the enemy open for further attacks. However the bursts can only be created within a twenty metre radius of the user and only at spots they are able to see.

Description: Focusing on an area in front of them about 5 feet wide and across, the user dispels chakra to cause the wind to spin rapidly in a circular motion, creating something akin to a shield. Instead of deflecting attacks however the shield will reflect whatever was thrown at them back towards the enemy at the same speed it was fired at.The degree of reflection depends on the user’s control stat; a 5 would only reflect small projectiles and stage one ninjutsu, while a 40 could repel fairly large thrown weapons and level 4 ninjutsu techniques.

Description: The user utilizes his chakra and the wind around him to create a whirlwind around himself. The wind forms a circle around the user, five feet in radius, so ten feet in diameter. The wind picks up debris and acts as armour for the user. The wind armour lasts for five posts. Debris on the ground strengthens the armour and projectiles thrown towards the wind also become part of the armour. A taijutsu user is useless against the armour. A genin who gets caught in the wind will become part of the armour, Chuunin will be knocked back five feet, and a Jounin will be knocked back two feet. An elemental jutsu is useless against the armour, but if one is used against the armour it weakens it greatly. Two posts after an elemental jutsu is used against the Kaze no Yoroi the armour is dispelled.

A simple clone made of oil usually carried by the Leaf ninja using this technique or type of techniques is either a summoning scroll which can give them much oil or a simple vial of oil. This clone if burned will die, if water is added the oil will become seperated and the clone will fall apart, if lightning hits the oil it will most likely ignite it and thus cuase the same burning effect as fire. Physical attacks seem to go right through the clone as the hit obviously makes contact but the clones re-appear quickly.

This technique allows an oil user to put their chakra into a small amount of oil and expand it into a rather large volume of oil which can be betterly used to fuel further jutsu.

Like the Slippery Field the user will gain a great control over the oil and also be able to make it very sticky usually just enough to slow down higher level ninja very slightly. A ninja of academy rank though would find it near impossibly to get out of this sticky trap, a gennin would probably have much difficulty but eventually find a way out.

A simple yet very essential jutsu for all oil users. This technique simply allows one to form oil into a shape. At this point the oil manipulation is very weak and only very simple shapes can be made.

This technique allows users of oil to search for and locate oil deep within the earths crust. This technique is used purely for locating the oil and not actually obtaining it. By placing ones hand on the ground the oil user can cover a rather large area and sense whether or not their is oil to be used directly underneath them.

xxxxxxxxxxxx •Harvesting Oil
Used in conjunction with the detection method of finding oil the user now needs to get to it in a very effecient way. By pouring only a small spike of their chakra into the ground the user is able to pump the oil out of the ground. While doing so the oil travels against the walls of the chakra like syringe needle causing a reaction of two elements to create more oil in the place of what has already been taken. Thus one can be environmentally conscious as well as have nearly unlimited supplies of oil if they can find only find the few and far between oil fields.

A simple wall is made from a puddle of oil on the ground. Making the necesarry handsigns the user is able to control the wall to stop low level taijutsu, or weaponry attacks. Projectiles if thrown can be utilized and thrown back at the opponent utilizing another simple gennin jutsu. The walls level goes up exponentially per rank not only in size but in strength as well. (Chuunin wall can stop higher level taijutsu and weaponry and even some lower level ninjutsu.) The walls main weakness is water, or lightning attacks. Ground usually has a tough time pressing through the oil, Wind can cut at oil as much as it wants but the oil just moves to randomly and is just to thick for wind to do great enough damage. Fire of course is a weakness of sorts but really that just turns a giant oil wall into a giant flaming wall that will last a long time because of the oil.

Using a puddle of oil on the ground the user is able to make spikes from which shoot upwards and can do slight damage. Really a dangerous jutsu if mixed with fire jutsu.

A simple jutsu using oil manipulation the user is able to make very tough shuriken to get rid of. As physical attacks dont do much to them at all. Fire jutsus just send a flying chunk of flaming of oil towards yourself or the enemy. The shuriken after hitting its target and doing it's damage explodes away into its natural oil form which can usually be harmful for whoever the shuriken hits.

Using this Jutsu is highly effective for younger users who are much more vulnerable than the more experienced ninjas. Making the necesarry handsigns, The user is able to surround projectiles or parts of projectiles with a thin oil covering which can help them control the projectile in air to thus change its direction .(Max times a gennin can change projectile direction :3, Chuunin:5, Jounin:7, Kage/Sannin: 9)
Note: This jutsu can be used in concunction with other oil jutsus such as oil wall.

This ability allows the user to swim through Oil as if its vicosity were that of water instead of oil. Making it much easier to manuever about in this oil.

A basic jutsu just like that of water walking or tree and vertical object walking. The idea is the same and is used for Oil shinobi to walk upon the oil without being hindered. Simply enough the user creates a sword out of oil at this point it can only be as big as a normal katana. Jounin can make broad sword sized blades of oil, Kages can make giant meat cleaver sized blades if they wish.

By coating oneself entirely in a thin layer of oil one can protect themselves. Physical attacks can actually forcefully get through this thin layer of oil but rather ninjutsu's are rather weak to this technique. Water washes the oil away yes but doesn't do any damage usually to the user.Fire actually doesn't burn the person covered in oil it rather burns the oil away while keeping the skin intact. All other Elemental attacks (Unless of a higher rank) have their own problems with this jutsu.

Stages Aquired:
Stage 0 (Angelic Cloak) - The host eyes will turn two different colors, one eye will be read, and the other green, and will somewhat begin to glow. This angel is known for being very straight forward and upfront. The host will also have a green on one half and red on the other colored cloak around them, which covers them from their neck down. They will also get a chakra boast, by allowing them to tap into the angel’s chakra.
Stage 1 - In the next stage the host starts to take on more physical appearances of the angel. The host’s cloths will disappear and be replaced with long reddish/green pants, reddish/green boots, and a reddish/green shirt with no sleeves. Their hair will start to change to reddish/green, and have reddish/green gloves. The powers of the angel begin to show to, for the host has the ability to create up to 2 of the exploding orbs within 100 feet radius, each orb is as strong as an explosion tag and as a range of 5ft x 5ft. It takes 1 post to make the explosion orbs, but after that the user can manipulate it to move it wherever they want. They will also get a larger chakra boast, by allowing them to tap more into the angel’s chakra
Stage 2 – In the second stage, the host’s appearance changed even more as there shirt now becomes long sleeve which go all the way to the gloves. The host gets small wings on their back equal to their number. Flying isn't possible but the user can glide short distances and the host can jump farther than normal humans. The power of the angel also manifests itself in the form of a weapon. For this angel the weapon is a small fan, which is fused with the power of wind and fire. This allows the user to create up to 4 exploding orbs at a time within a 100 meter radius; each orb is as strong as 2 explosion tags and has a range of 5ft x 5ft. It takes 1 post to make the explosion orbs, but after that the user can manipulate it to move it wherever they want. Only the host can wield or even hold the fan. They will also get a larger chakra boast, by allowing them to tap more into the angel’s chakra.
Stage 3 - This is the last stage of this angel is when the host has surely mastered the art of explosion based jutsu. The host will turn into the angel himself, the user now dawns a reddish/green jacket which protects them from most fire and wind based jutsu. In this new complete form the Angel’s wings grow to full size, but still doesn’t mean they can fly. It increases there jump and ability to glide, when the user flaps his wings, each wind can create an explosion orb increasing the number of orbs that can be made by 8. Though they will take normal damage from wind jutsu, and double damage from water jutsu. Also as a final show of power is that the host’s weapon now grows to the size of a giant fan that is fused with the power of fire and wind. The fan is red on half and green on the other and ahs the ability to split into two fans. When waving each fan the user can create an orb. So the user can make up to 10 orbs at a time within a 100 yard radius; each orb is as strong as 3 explosion tags and has a range of 5ft x 5ft. It takes 1 post to make the explosion orbs, but after that the user can manipulate it to move it wherever they want. The host will now have full access to the angel’s chakra. But holding this form longer then 20 posts will kill the user.

Long range fighter, he is able to attack at close range but doesn't since his explosions can damage him as well.

Character Description
Looks: Like most from the Hatake clan Rinkachi has silver colored spiky hair that hangs over to the side a bit. He has light blue eyes, light colored skin, and a childlike face. He has a slim, muscular build. His clothing consists of the armor of the Oinin, covered by a black cloak that covers most of his body.
Personality: Rinkachi is very easy going. He is lazy and doesn't focus on much of anything other than cute girls. From a distance some would say the he appears in a comatose state because his facial expressions never seem to change, however if you get to know him he can be very friendly and someone you can count on if you get into trouble. He has a bit of a perverted side to him, due to the fact the his father is always peeking on girls in the bathing area and telling him about it. Rinkachi though has never had the guts to peek on any one in the bath.
Background: Rinkachi was born within Konoha. He has led a fairly quiet life other than the shenanigans that he and his father are always getting into. He and his father are very close, he values the time that he gets to spend with him. He is close with his mother as well but he tends to get into allot more trouble around her so he tends to avoid spending too much time with her. His father has also been training him so that he will be ready for the academy.
After his graduation from the academy Rin wandered around the leaf for awhile, before getting a squad. On his first day with the squad a man wearing an akatsueki cloak attacked his group and placed him under a puppetry jutsu, making him feel weak and powerless by the tie it was all done. After that he vowed to become stronger, but there was one problem, there was no one it the leaf that could train him.
He wandered out of the village and made his way to the Rain hearing that there was someone with his elements who could train him. Upon his arrival he met this man, who gave him a scroll and told him to learn everything on it, which he did, his goal was to become stronger, which guided to the end of his training.
While he trained he met up with a fellow leaf village shinobi Kaz and became immediate friends.
When the Rain village was destroyed, Rin felt that he had lost a home and fell into a deep slump.
