Makiya is a hard-headed mare with a very bad temper. She tends to keep to herself most of the time, near rivers or streams. Although this one never admits it, she loves living with Kilanaharii and Elohi. She tends to be bossy towards Kila and Elo, but backs off if she starts to hurt their feelings. She is quite messy, never caring if she knocks something over, or spills something. But most of all, Makiya is the type who will stand up in what she believes, regardless of the consequences.


Makiya's parents died in a wild fire soon after she was born. She can't remember much about them, and every time she does think about them, all she can think about is a raging fire and their cries for help. A few months after her parent's death, when she grew to be a young mare, she was found by Kilanaharii. Although Makiya resisted the human at first, she soon to know Kila as a kind being, whom wouldn't even hurt a disgusting mosquito. So through this beginning of trust, Makiya developed a strong bond with the human, often thinking of Kila as a mother. She has been with Kilanaharii for several years now, and plans on staying with her forever.

Recently, Kilanaharii stumbled upon a lost Mare. Kilanaharii smiled upon her and named her Elohi, bringing her home as a 'sister' and a friend to Makiya. At first Makiya was outraged, not wanting to share the human with the other mare. It was a couple weeks after Elohi arrived that Makiya's attitude towards her softened. She is still rude at times, but is quick to apologize to Elohi. Makiya knows deep within her heart that Elohi will soon become more than a friend to her, and will soon become her true sister.

Right now, Makiya has no love/life mate.
She is looking for a mate that won't be
bothered by how she acts, such as her
stubbornness. She believes that love is
love no matter what gender it comes in,
so is open to looking for love in all sorts
of places. If you have someone that you
think would be "The One" for Makiya,
PM me and we can together plot out an
RP for the two of them. Please don't go
into the roleplay assuming that your
Soquili is automatically her mate. It will
probably take a long roleplay, as well as
some time for Makiya and I to determine
who is the best one for her. She is
looking for a mate, but it may take a
while for me to decide who exactly will
be her mate. So prod me and we can set
up a roleplay and have fun in the meantime. =D
