While there are definitely grains of truth in some of what he says (divorce rates are high, some women are witchy, obesity is a problem), he ruins any semblance of a rational argument by pinning all his gripes on one group, when most of what he's complaining about applies to many other groups, too. Obesity isn't just a problem for American women, or even Americans in general. Look at Canada, look at the UK, look at China, or anywhere else where chemical-laden processed junk is replacing or has replaced traditional meals. It affects both men and women. That's definitely cause for concern, but a misdirected rant isn't going to accomplish anything. If divorce rates are high, well... it takes two to tango. It's not exactly a secret that people in general will bail out of a marriage at the first sign of trouble. I could go on at length about how I think people have a ******** up expectation as to what marriage actually entails. But I shouldn't expect to be taken seriously if I place all the blame on 50% of the people involved, based solely on their gender. The people who are calling this guy an a** aren't saying that he's wrong for wanting an attractive, sweet, fair-minded wife. Nobody in their right mind would want to shack up with a greedy, fat, lazy, harpy. >__> At least, I don't think so. They just object to how he's insulting millions of women that he's never seen or met. razz Not to mention, like Jaft said, he's putting European women on a ridiculous pedestal.
