Eric watched lenore, and smiled. He followed her in to shore, and after leaning his board against the porch he looked at Ren. "You look distant mate, Come on inside. Let's get you some Tucka'..." And then he headed inside and went straight to the fridge. He grabbed a couple eggs, some pork, and some cheese. He went then to the stove, and grabbed a fry pan. He cut up the pork, and started cooking it first, then cracked the eggs over the top, and added the cheese shortly after. The smell of the cooking pork and egg omelet, with pepperjack cheese atop it pervaded the house. Over the centuries Eric had become a good cook.

She lay sprawled across the couch, her newly dyed hair splaying over one of the cushions. The television was on, but the volume was turned off and Fawn stared blankly at the screen. The sent of pork invaded her nostrils and she wrinkled her nose. Pulling herself into a sitting position, Fawn pushed to her feet and walked quietly into the kitchen. "Good morning everyone!"

Lenore sat on the bar stool, leaning over the counter to watch Eric cook an omelette with admiration. She was never a good cook, her hands not ones to be quite dexterous. She propped up both her elbows, clasping her fingers together to create a sort of cradle for her chin as she watched with her grayish eyes. She chewed her pear slowly, watching the eloquence Eric hadn't failed to master.
"How unfair~" She murmured softly, before turning as the screen door opened behind her.
Ren lifted his gaze, his messy blonde hair particularly messier than usual. One could tell he was in a grim mood, which was off setting compared to his usual cheerful self. He pocketed his hands, his eyes giving a sense of distance as he sauntered into the kitchen. He stood near Eric, peeking over his shoulder at whatever he was making in the pan.
"AH!" Ren hopped up, his face lighting up as he found whatever Eric was making quite desirable. "That looks delicious!" He chirped. His mood quickly dissipated and he sat at the counter next to Lenore. He was to happy at the moment to notice Lenore roll her eyes. This usual mood swing was so common for Ren, no one took it by surprise when he got so enthusiastic.
The chirp from behind failed to grab his attention, but Lenore made it an effort to offer her greetings. "Good morning Fawn," she offered, her voice spoken with clarity. She looked about the small house before sighing. "Asherah is late once again. No matter, it's not like we need to get to school in such a hurry," she purred and resumed to munching on her morning's snacks. ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄

"Calm Down Mate! You don't wanna hurt yourself like last time..." Eric said with a chuckle. After a few more moments he moved the omelet onto a plate and offered said plate to ren along with a fork. "Be careful Mate, It's still hot." Then he Looked at Fawn and said, "Mornin' Little One." Then he grabbed a couple more eggs, some more pork, a bit of left over crab meat, three different cheeses, and some coconut shavings from the fridge. He started cooking the pork and crab meat first, and when he deemed ready he cracked the eggs over them; adding the Pepper jack, the cheddar, and the white Italian cheeses to the omelet, and added the coconut shavings last to ensure he didn't burn them. The smell of it was incredible. He then sprinkled a bit of powdered sugar on it, plated it, and offered it to Fawn.
"Feed up. You'll need your strength little one if you are to grow strong one day."

Ren licked his lips hungrily and pulled the plate closer to him. He ignored Eric and took a large bite out of it. "Ah, ah! Hot! Hot!" Ren hopped up in his seat, opening his mouth as he fanned its contents with his hands before struggling to swallow it. He gave a large gasp when finished, pouting now that he had burned his tongue, but all the more enticed to eat. "Delightful," Lenore murmured to him as she watched his escapade. Ren took several bites out of his omelette before looking back up to Eric and Fawn. He watched the interaction before frowning.
"Hey!" Ren leaned over the counter. "Why does she get such a fancy smancy bite? What is this? Special treatment?" Ren complained, though one could tell his tone was rather playful than serious. His blue eyes narrowed. ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄

"She's Me own duaghter as far as I'm concerned, and she is still young and small. She has growing to do. But If you really want my best cooking," and he smiled, "You'll have to kiss me. A real kiss." Then He looked at Lenore, "Or you could do so for him if he doesn't feel up to it." And Eric smiled to himself before moving pick up his clothes and his shoes, and walking out side to change clothes. He would not change in front of Fawn. She was his daughter in his mind. After he was changed, He walked back in, turned off the stove, and began to wash out the pan at the sink.

Lenore laughed, her giggling chiming out as Ren gawked. He stood abruptly, watching as Eric so casually stepped outside. "She's not even your daughter! Only in your sick little head!" He commented, following him back in while as he went to wash the pans. Ren waved his arms in an overdramatic fashion, his eyes wide as he stared at Eric's impossibleness. He had to eat food to sustain himself and if he had to choose between decent food and amazing food, he would choose the latter of course! But with Eric being so difficult, how could Ren keep calm?
Lenore covered her mouth, smiling as the two males exchanged words. Ren was always so vivid and Eric was also so entertaining. This was why she had stuck with them for so long. She looked to Fawn, glancing at her quietly. Eric always did felt a stronger attachment to Fawn, the youngest of them. She was the last Lenore had blessed out of the six. Since Fawn had grown some certain attributes as a changeling, certain attributes including growing a tail in her true form, Eric felt very close to her. Fawn was, out of the rest of them, the only one to be known to have a tail, and Eric being a shark, always felt left out. So he naturally felt close to the only similar one to himself.
But if anyone was going to be Fawn's parent, it'd best be Lenore herself. Of course, she kept silent to Eric's remark because she very well respected his opinions. She watched Fawn for a moment before looking to Ren. "Hey, if you really want Eric's special cooking, then I'll kiss him for you. It's not that big of a deal," she stated, shrugging. Her husky voice implied a little desire to do it, and she knew Ren would pick up on her tone. She stood, motioning to move around the counter to Eric.
"No! No! NO!!!" Ren moved in between Lenore and Eric before twisting Eric's face, cupping his chin as the male leaned closer. He smashed his lips on Eric's a little rushed, squeezing his eyes shut as Ren leaned closer to Eric as they, *cough*, kissed. Ren's kiss was aggressive and forceful towards Eric, giving him a nice long smooch before opening his mouth to take a small breath and broke away with a slight disgust in his face. "You're lucky you didn't ask for tongue," he stated, putting a hand on his hips. "Now you owe me a nice and fancy dinner, shark boy." Ren leaned back, sort of satisfied and looked to Lenore, who burst out laughing. He was glad she found some amusement out of it. Besides, anything was better than having Lenore share lips with someone else.

"Actually, You Owe Me a Kiss Mate. I said a REAL Kiss if you remember correctly. You Know. The Way You would want to Kiss Lenore or how you'd want Her to kiss you," And Eric smiled. "If you don't feel up to it, You Can let Lenore carry out your end of the bargain. I don't mind either way."

Ren exploded, and shook his head vigorously. "Why you! You're enjoying this too much!" He waved his arms around as he ranted, pointing his fingers at him and pacing around and raising his voice. "Do you really want to taste more of this?" He motioned to his lips, pursing them. "And the hell do you know about what I want from Lenore?!" He glanced at her, who was bursting up laughing. She had tears in her eyes. Even though she was well entertained, he was slightly annoyed that she was enjoying this slightly too much.
He glanced to Fawn embarrassingly, his cheeks slightly pink at the thought of having to kiss a guy, Eric no less, before looking at Eric in the eyes. "You're just asking of something you don't get too often," he replied, gritting his teeth. He stepped closer to Eric, who grinned like the little fox he was, and looked behind him. "Don't look, I don't want to taint your eyes," he remarked, his tone now a little more annoyed. He was a little embarrassed but was willing to give up a little pride for awesome food. "You better not speak a peep of this to ANYONE. And I better be getting the best food for the rest of my immortal life," he stated in a rather threatening tone. He grabbed Eric's collar before squeezing his chin. "And you better enjoy the hell out of this, shark boy," he growled before leaning closer to Eric.
"Stop. Have you no pride?" Lenore asked, laughter now a faint expression on her face as she put a hand on Ren's shoulder. She smiled, a chuckle escaping her lips as she looked at Eric then to Ren. "If you want Eric's cooking so bad, I'll do it. No need to demoralize yourself. Besides, we're all buddies here, no need to feel so obligated," she commented. Ren's face grew bland and then slightly bitter. He stepped back as Lenore stepped forward. She glanced at him, that split second of her gaze speaking to him a thousand words. And suddenly, he no longer wanted to lifetime of meals anymore and moved to stop her. But Lenore raised her arm, knowing well that Ren was this sort of person. How very greedy of him to think he owned her. She resolved to fixing the argument he and Lenore had earlier with this bold decision. Ren, who only wanted Lenore for himself, was tired of having to keep watch on her exuberant behavior. Arguing over possessiveness and responsibilities had taken place this morning. Lenore was rather sour about it, hating to feel so tied down and committed. A little exchanged between Eric should do the trick, she presumed. By kissing Eric, Ren may finally get it through his dense head that he could not control Lenore.
So... She leaned forward, rather femininely and kissed him on the lips in a sweet manner. Lenore lifted herself, now on her toes, as she moved to make the kiss deeper by tilted her head slightly and opened her mouth to fulfill her promise. Once she gave Eric a minute to enjoy this moment, she moved back, wiping her mouth with a satisfied look. She then looked to Ren, who was looking away. "I did it for you," she noted and turned to Eric with a small smile before skipping out of the house onto the porch, disappearing after the screen door closed. Ren was not happy, even though the results of this little charade concluded in a lifetime of meals. ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄

Eric Grabbed a new pan and turned on the stove. He raided the fridge for a beef steak that Eric would have normally kept for himself, an onion, some bell peppers, some coconut shavings, 3 eggs, and all three kinds of cheese. He cooked the steak first, cracking the eggs over it. He diced the onion and the peppers, putting a nice brown on them, before putting them on top of the eggs, and adding the coconut shavings. He added the cheese Last, and then he put it all straight onto Ren's plate in addition to what was still on it. "Lenore held up your end of the deal. So here is the first of a lifetime of meals." Then he hugged Ren briefly, the embrace showing genuine concern for ren's emotional state, not just a hug for the sake of hugging. "I'm sorry mate..." And then Eric walked outside, toward the jeep.

"Wait up! Remus! I think we're lost!" Cameron struggled to keep up with his older brother. He panted, gripping his backpack tight as he climbed the long slope upwards towards school. Yet his brother kept going, strolling up the hill and taking in all the foliage.
Remus had never been to the tropics, and neither did Cameron. Tamacun was a new experience to him, as was the heat. It was a cool morning, but not nearly as cold as the snowy climate he was used to. He took in a deep breath, taking in all the fresh air. He always did like mornings and felt a little better in filling his weak lungs with such nice air. Remus stretched, sighing when he felt complete and turned on his heel to watch his younger brother totter up the hill. He smiled a little to himself before Cameron finally caught up to him exhausted. "Grandmother said it was this way. Besides, this is the main road. We can't be lost if we keep following it," he noted and continued to walk. But he did have to admit, Remus would've preferred a car. Having to walk all this way to school was certainly a drag. But since neither his grandmother nor his aunt owned a car, the two would have to make due with walking to school from now on. Besides, the walk wasn't too bad. It was nice to look at the scenery. Remus took out his camera and took a picture of the landscape before strolling forward. Before soon, he could make out a tiny building. It had a fence and a parking lot, but surely was too small to be a school. And yet, the few young people milling about confirmed that it was, indeed, a school. Remus was slightly skeptic, but entered the fenced gate.
Cameron quickly followed, his hair still messy from bed. He was a skinny, lanky thing, innocent and small looking. He followed Remus, his older brother, who was three inches taller than him and had a slightly larger build from him. "Is this is?" He paused, looking around. Yes, there was a parking lot, with only three cars. He spotted a faded blue shed. Beyond that was two equally faded blue buildings. One was an office of sorts and smaller than the other building, which was only slightly larger. The classroom could only hold about twenty people. It's facilities were decent, but not nearly as nice as some mainland schools. Desks were tattered and the floors hadn't been waxed in awhile. Nonetheless, no one complained. This was the only school on Tamacun, and because there were so few children on the island, there was no need to improve the school in any way. Cameron looked a little nervous while Remus expressed self confidence. The two entered what they presumed was indeed the classroom. After looking at all the free seats, they took two near the front. They weren't the only ones in there, two others sat off to the side chatting to each other. They glanced at the two brothers with slight intrigue before resuming their chattering. ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄

Kathryn sighed heavily as she walked into school, wearing displeasure like a dark cloud. She was swearing and muttering in Russian. She'd gotten into a fight with Emily just prior to her departure, over the boxes. Those stupid boxes. Those stupid wastes of space, reminding her of her mother. The bad parts. She didn't want to remember the bad parts, those last few months where her mother was just... gone. Her soul had fled long before her body went through the motions. That was what she held on to as she entered the classroom, not making eye contact with any of the others. She sat down behind the two boys, who seemed like brothers, still muttering angrily in Russian about stupid surrogate mothers and describing various ways the grieving process could have intercourse with itself. Of course, the idea of sex was getting her worked up in a different way, and she vaguely wondered if there were any cute girls for her to degrade. Then she realized she hadn't even glanced around the classroom.

"Oh yum!" Fawn said excitedly when the plate was pushed infront of her face. Starting to eat, she soon found herself distracted by the happenings around her. The female was about halfway done with her breakfast by the time she had dropped her fork and watched in amazement. They were always such a colorful bunch, she had found. Fawn grinned widely when she was told not to taint her eyes and lifted her hands, covering her face accordingly. "It's not fair, all these kisses going on and not a one for me." A slight pout tinted her voice and she opened her fingers so she could see. But then it was Lenore kissing Eric, and not Ren. Fawn took the time to finish her breakfast now and watched, still a little wide-eyed. When she was finished she took her plate to the sink and dropped it in, then turned to see the kiss ending. "Bravo!" Fawn clapped, applauding them. She returned to her seat while Eric cooked more, and just kept flicking her gaze back and forth between the three. "Sooo..."

Amity sighed as she gently pressed the ceramic mug to her lips, sipping at the coffee that made up it's contents. The television was on, which was intended to make a decent distraction, but the boxes littering her new living room floor would continue to cordially grate on her nerves until she completed the task that she had been dreading: unpacking boxes. She glanced around the room. It was small, yes, but it was cozy for just one person, which was all she had really needed it to be. The female traced the edge of her mug, glancing at the plain white walls, which didn't fail to irritate her.
Amity peered at the clock adorning her wrist, her eyes widening slightly at the time. She was going to be late to school if she didn't leave. She had grabbed her backpack and placed it upon her back in one, fluid motion. The female had grabbed her keys to lock the door and set her mug on the counter beside the door, ultimately deciding to deal with it later.
The female took off toward school, taking long strides, trying to rush. She could only run so far, for the lungs of a smoker had yet to disappear. Amity cursed under her breath as she peered at her small black wristwatch once more, reading the time. "Damn." She stated as she darted, trying to go as far as she could before she ran out of breath. Fortunately, she reached the small school building before she had began to walk again. Amity gazed upon the building. Prior to this, she glanced over the school building, taking note that it was, indeed, the school building. Now her eyes began to drink up the sight.
On her way to class, Amity spotted the two other buildings and explored them, killing a little bit of time. She traced her fingers along the wall of the small building until she had stumbled across the building's lone classroom. Amity peeked inside, her bangs tilting slightly out of her eyes as her body tilted. Amity grabbed onto the old doorframe for support as she peered at the students inside. There was a decent amount of them, perhaps seven. They were, for the most part compounded into groups, one was a group of four girls and the other was a group of two boys giving off slight similarities in appearance. Amity guessed that they were related. There was also a female fitting behind the two males, though Amity figured that by her body language and silence, she wasn't associating with them. Amity waltzed to a seat next to a lone, small single pane window, the perfect daydreaming spot. She took note of the ones around her, which was one of the brothers diagonally adjacent to her seat, and the girl sitting behind them in the seat next to her. Amity had just turned her head and minded her own, staring at a view of the beach in the distance until class started.

Kathryn had turned to look at the newcomer, but turned back quickly as her mind filled with various things. Mostly, she was thinking about what was beneath those clothes and what she could do to degrade the girl. She liked having sex in public, and she liked to do things generally considered dirty. Mostly because she loved making her partners like it too. Absently, she ran her fingers over her mother's bracelet, which immediately cleared all of those thoughts. It was pretty, silver, with a line from some Russian philosopher engraved on it. Kathryn had never looked closely enough at it to read it. Her hand then naturally went to the necklace, fingering the pendant on the end. It was a rose, with beautiful red gems in it. Making a decision, she got up and walked over to the newcomer, sitting next to her. "Privyet," she said with a warm smile. "I'm Kathryn. What's your name?"
((Privyet is the informal Russian word for "Hello"))
