Personality:
Not a pleasant or patient mare, sorta like the grumpy neighbor that you would pull a dare or prank on. Or a cat splashed with water. She would be a Purist if she didn't have those darned claws of her own, but it won't stop her from scoffing at other non-aquatic species. She does things by HER schedule, unless bribed by trinkets or gold. When it comes to unruly children, they get a firm slap from her tail. And when it comes to stupid adults or defending the Herd, she will not hesitate to use her claws.

As for a name, maybe something associated with Coral Cove, since this herd seems to be affiliated with it? Ooo, or Atlantis? *wiggles eyebrows*
