Azuri after shaking Masato's hand was distracted by the gaping hole in the building showing off a Uzushiogakure being rebuilt. She looked at the girl who just entered and gave her a wide smile in greeting and a small wave. She looked to the kage and upon being given free reign in regards to his son she let out a sigh of relief. "Don't worry I shall give Masato the same respect I would to one of the Samurai masters." There was a dark gleam in her eyes 'Does not mean he wont also get the same amount of sass as the Samurai masters as well.' She thought. Purposely ignoring the comment about her clan was something she preferred not to talk about. She looked back at the girl, Otzo 'Join my team the more the merrier.' She thought being the social person she is she was enjoying the thought of having more people on her team.
Azuri watched as Sumiko, the second Chuunin in the room spoke. The woman reminded her of her fathers' lieutenant making sure he stayed alive long enough for the next battle. She could see the comradery between the two or maybe she was just reading into it too much.
Azuri perkerd up at the mention of other clans barging in. "What do you mean, by other clans, is there still an unease among some?" She asked "If you don't mind me asking." She quickly added.

•Hanaton: Kaika Bunshin (Flower Release: Blooming Clone) Genin x1-By bursting into petals the user can reform into two or more clones of themselves. The amount of clones produced depends on the amount of chakra used. Much like the shadow clone technique the user’s chakra is split and equally divided into the clones. When a clone is dispersed it will burst into a dangerous swarm of petals return to the other remaining clone. Since the clones are made of the users body, damage done to a clone is still damage done to the user. To avoid this issue 60% extra chakra may be spent to make the clones solely from the user's chakra.

❈ She looked around, trying to put a name to a face. Sumiko, Masako, Azuri. She believed those were the names, though she might have heard them wrong. The kage prompted her with things she was unsure how to answer with. It would be an honor to train with the kage, but no one knew what she needed. It sounded like either way she would need to teach herself. She sighed, her eyes turning to look towards the floor. "From you, kage, I would learn the only ninjutsu I can do other then my rinnegan techniques. Universal, correct? But I would benefit from teamwork. Should we... split up the work? I want to become the best ninja I can be for this village. I don't think one teacher can give me that." She paused, hearing herself. She sounded arrogant. She hadn't meant to sound that way, but her parents were always the type to go hard or go home. She couldn't half a** her personal training, but there was only so much she could learn on her own. She didn't completely ignore Sumiko's proposition, she actually tried to combine it in the only way she knew how.
As Masato was getting ready to head down the stairs and make his merry way towards the nearest dango stand a girl with vibrant pink hair walked past him and into the office before introducing herself as Otzo Kairen. While he awaited Azuri to accompany him he overheard his father mention that this new girl had legendary eyes which just so happened to pique his interest and so he decided to stay a bit longer to hear out what was going to be said. Legendary eyes huh? Perhaps she had the Sharingan, but then again, wouldn't her last name be Uchiha? Maybe the Byakugan.. nah. Her last name would be Hyuuga then. Well s**t, what pair of eyes could she possibly have? Sure there were the Rinnegan, but come on, those eyes were the rarest of them all, no way she could possibly have them right? Right!? The young Yamana heard his father mention to Azuri that she shouldn't treat him any different than she would a normal higher ranked Shinobi and that made the youngster turn his head to the side with a click of his tongue to boot. He was aware that he often got treated differently because he was Nobu's kid and it bothered him. He only wanted to be like everyone else but no, they always had to treat him special or act differently than they normally would in fear of repercussions from his old man.
Even though the samurai said that she would treat him no differently, the teenager still held onto his suspicions about whether she would actually hold up to those words. The next person to speak up out of the bunch was Sumiko, and for the first time in a long time, she said something that he could actually agree with, and to celebrate such the joyous occasion, he returned the nod that she sent his way. ❝Unease?❞ the young Chuunin's voice spilled forth after Azuri asked her question about the clans. ❝It's much more than simply feeling uneasy. The whole Shinobi world is stifling with tension that it's practically palpable. There's no telling what any of the other clan's could be thinking right now, especially those whose pride was damaged by their loss. Even though the war is over, we're still going to have to watch our backs for quite some time.❞ He continued, crossing his arms over his chest and leaning against the middle of the door frame with his shoulder. His plan was to stand there idly with his eyes closed as he awaited their time to leave, but while doing so he caught wind of Otzo's words which made him ball his fists up, eyes slowly opening to peer at the back of the the Genin's head. She definitely had the blood of a Dojutsu user running through her veins with the arrogance her words exuded.

Just as soon as he'd entered the room, words were already flying out of his mouth. Lucifer had always been the kind for big entrances, and today was no different. "Well it looks like we're having a tea party in here, and I wasn't invited?! Woooooow, dicks." The young man casually strolled further into the room, taking a seat in one of the oddly available chairs despite the volume of people in the room. He looked directly at Nobuyuki, a daring look in his eyes. "Sup, fam?" The nonchalance, the filthy casual...how could the poor man's brain deal with something like that?
But his eyes wandered further through the room, catching eyes with young Madara, a nervous twelve sixteen year-old, and--oh why HELLO there~~. He was somehow capable of missing the fiiiine-a** damsel standing next to the Uzukage. There was some sort of strange, detached sexiness about her, something you normally only feel from looking at porn stars on the other end of the screen. That 'you can look, but you can't touch' sort of feeling. But the porn was right here. This time, here and now, he could touch the porn. Standing erectly from his chair like an arrow from a shotgun, he paced over to her with a stride fit only for catwalks and the back of a VIP booth. It exuded a blunt, openly honest, I-want-what-you're-selling vibe more openly than the chronic flasher at your local Denny's.
"Now, you...how in the world did I miss YOU? You, possibly the most exotically attractive woman I've ever seen. Yeah...I'm not even going to bother with flirting. You're gorgeous and I want all of you. I'll make a trade for it too...all of me. How about it?"
Nobuyuki let out a soft sigh, his single amber eye lowering slightly as Sumiko mentioned his way of behaving when it came to the battlefield and the village for now. He'd always been a reckless person in life, be it the battlefield or even just in training; he would always do things that could potentially put himself in danger or even result in him being killed. It was one of the few faults that he would openly admit to anyone, since while it was a fault it was also something to be praised in a way, since it meant he was walling to put himself in harms way to protect his village. Not to say that blindly sacrificing himself was a good thing, since if he died the whole village would most likely collapse in on itself when any type of Barbarian force attacked, or if Amegakure attacked them in an attempt to take any land they had for themselves. Reaching up to pinch the bridge of his nose the Uzukage turned to Sumiko, a frown etched on his face as he thought on the subject a bit longer. He didn't really know if he could just blindly send his ninja out on missions if he himself wasn't willing to go out on a mission or two to help clear up an area of land to build in if that was what needed.
With that in mind he spoke towards Sumiko, leaning forward in his chair slightly whilst interlocking his fingers, resting his elbows atop the desk in front of him as he did so. "I can't in good faith send my ninja to their potential deaths if I myself am not willing to do the same thing. Even the weight of this position won't stop me from being what I am at heart; a fighter. I don't just sit behind this desk and command my forces, I refuse to do so. If that's an issue then I'll just have you do it for me while I go out and help those that serve me. "Giving a somewhat cheeky grin towards his "assistant" at the end of his statement the black-haired Jounin turned back to the rest of the people in his office, listening quietly to them as they spoke their minds or just introduced themselves to each other or whatever it was they were doing. He could never understand younger people and the way they interacted with each other on a daily basis like they were currently. The only person who he could understand easily was his son; Masato, and the only reason he was able to do that was simply because he raised the boy to be almost exactly like him with his ideals and his thought process when it came to things like relationships and combat. It also helped that getting most of his bloodline abilities from his mother increased his wish to fight, like his Kaguya blood which literally made him born to fight like all those related to him.
His offer to Otzo was partially swayed by Sumiko however when she mentioned that it would be a good idea to learn things like teamwork and basic strategies of combat from his son, whereas if she learned from someone like Nobuyuki she would only learn the base forms of combat for her way of fighting, and most likely not very good strategies since his usually consisted of punch first ask questions later, or sometimes pay for damages later like he knew he would be doing with the door and window he'd ended up breaking alongside his son. When Sumiko mentioned how it would free them up should a clan attack the village while the other squad was away they could defend it he couldn't help but nod slightly in acknowledgment since it was a valid point. As of right now he was most likely the only person who could hold off a large force of Barbarians should they attack, and heaven forbid the Amekage attack since that would lead to what would only look like war to anyone else. His attention shifted to the red-haired girl as she commented about how she would treat Masato, however Nobuyuki noticed the slight glint in her eye and merely grinned in response. He was a bit put off that she ignored him about her clan but at the same time he could understand if she didn't wish to talk about it to someone she couldn't really trust that well.
However her question about the clans caused him to frown once more, forgetting that not everyone knew that even though the clan wars had "ended" they were still going on silently in the dark when no one would thing they would. In a world of Shinobi there could never truly be peace between clans that weren't direct allies like say the Yamanaka, Akimichi, Nara clans that were almost in an eternal partnership with each other. As he was about to answer her question his son Masato stepped in, responding to the girl with a quick and direct answer that made it rather easy to comprehend the situation they were currently in. Thanks to this he was able to focus on Otzo as she responded to both him and Sumiko about her squad situation by suggesting she learn Universal from himself and teamwork from Masato. While it certainly could work, it would take a lot of time and effort for them to swap her around like that without messing up the team dynamics of Masato's squad. Reaching up to scratch his head in thought Nobuyuki decided to respond in a slightly softer than normal tone, his eye focused on Otzo as he did so. "You make a somewhat valid point, however at the same time I can't help but think that until you learn all you can from Masato it won't be useful to learn from me. For now focus on your own training and the teamwork training and strategy training from Masato, and once he think's you're adequate enough in that I'll train you myself."
His eye twitched slightly upon the arrival of a rather eccentric shinobi of his by the name of Lucifer. The man was like he always was, disrespectful and weird all at once, an amusing combination in the eyes...eye of Nobuyuki. Although at the same time he didn't really think the man really needed to be as strange as he was every time Nobuyuki interacted with him. It seemed as if there was some kind of outside force that was compelling the man to antagonize him so, perhaps it was a sign from Kami that he needed to kill him or something. Shaking his head the kage responded to the semi-annoying male, pinching the bridge of his nose as he did so."Yes hello again Lucifer. If it was actually a tea party I'm sure my lovely assistant Sumiko would have sent you an invitation, however at the same time you do belong in this meeting. I'm currently creating the squads with which you will all work alongside and learn from. However since I highly doubt you would mesh well with Masato I don't really feel comfortable putting you with him. With that in mind I suppose for now we'll do what I know Sumiko will most likely suggest, and that is to have me, you, and her form a pseudo squad of sorts to do small missions that won't require me to be out of the village for any long periods of time. As for how you missed Sumiko, well I suppose you're just a blind fool to have missed someone like her. "Giving a playful grin the Uzukage winked at both Sumiko and Lucifer, knowing that well if you can't beat em might as well join em. Which is what he planned to do for now, try to interact at least in some way with the male named Lucifer, who's ways of talking and acting were far beyond Nobuyuki's ability to comprehend. I mean hell he can't break the forth wall like Lucifer, how the ******** is he supposed to know what the hell the mans talking about?

As Lucifer began his over the top attempt to make swoon her, Sumiko inched slightly away from him, a confused look on her face. "Coming off overly desperate won't help your attempts." In all actuality, if he tried it again, he wouldn't be rejected. Instead he would be ejected. Forcibly. And through a wall. However, while not her first choice for a squad, Nobuyuki was right. With Love Guru, ADHD Kage, and herself, they would be able to defend the village if anything significant occured. As there wasn't really much for her to do anymore, Sumiko sat still, waiting for some important plot event to occur. She had lost all motivation.

For example, if the Walker moves 1 point to speed, he loses 1 point of strength. This can be swapped in battle, but has a 2 post cooldown every time it is done. Azuri looked at Masato as he answered her question. She nodded in understanding now realizing how sheltered her life really was. She gave a wry smile in thanks watching carefully as the events unfolded. She tried to keep her face clean of any emotion with the entrance of the newcomer. ‘Well he is at least confident.’ She thought.
She listened as the Uzukage spoke about not wanting to blindly send his shinobi out while he sits at a desk. Azuri thought about that and looked back at the nice chair the Uzukage was sitting in ‘Well the chair does look plush and soft… I don’t see the problem.’ She shrugged not bothering to dwell on the issue to much before slowly easing herself towards the exit. Her new teacher just offered food and she was not one to turn any meal down. Plus she was hungry again.
She had just made it to the threshold of the door as the others were talking before she realized she could just dismiss herself. She was no longer a child who would sneak into places trying not to get caught, she could actually leave…unless there was something else for her to do. She cleared her throat one foot already out the door. “So…I enjoyed meeting new people but I was offered food.” She nodded as if she had just made some new break through discovery before continuing, “And while I am sure you all are nice and eccentric people, you are not food...and cannibalism is frowned upon.” She added as an afterthought. Finished with her words she gave a short quick bow and made to grab for Masato’s sleeve. If she had to drag him out in order to eat, she would. ‘He’s better be paying too.’

While it was great and all that his introductions were...extreme, Lucifer quickly changed his demeanor back from his seemingly...traditional approach. See, it was custom for Lucifer's entrance to be bold and unapologetic, but anyone that knew him personally would realize; this was a farce. "Anyway, introductions aside, I feel like that's a pretty good idea. I've never been the type for big groups anyway." Looking towards Sumiko and Nobuyuki, Lucifer then rose from his chair, taking note of the window behind them. The same window Sumiko was going to launch him through if he persisted. "Well, if we're going to be together as a team, then...why not start now?" With a quick shift of his weight, Lucifer erupted with a rather surprising burst of speed, using his superior perception to completely bypass Nobu and Sumiko's attempts to stop him. He cleanly leaped over the desk, gripping the two in his arms and using that forward momentum to fly out the window with the pair in tow. They were going on a mission and escaping this clogged office in style. Then, it was into the city they fell.
One thing was already clear; these three were going to cause a storm, and it was gonna be a helluva lot of fun.
Once Lucifer showed up on the scene, Masato receded into a temporary brain dead state in attempt to ignore the man and everything that he was worth. The only thing that brought him out of this state was the fact that Azuri pulled on his sleeve and practically dragged him out of the office to go on their little lunch escape. ❝Well someone's being quite forward.❞ He teased. The gennin known as VanZant walked calmly into the office. She was unsure of exactly what she was doing here among a land of barbarians and shinobi, as she was neither. She had no chakra network, yet oddly enough six small balls that were roughly the shape of baseballs and black in color danced about her in a circular pattern around her. Her bright blue eyes that took the form of a blossoming flower with cyan pupils radiated brightly as she walked through the office to the Kage's office. She waited promptly for the others to finish talking before she would ask for her first mission. She was bored after all.

Walking through the doors to his office with Sumiko in his arms, Nobuyuki allowed his single crimson eye to look at his daughter VanZant, who was currently waiting in his office patiently; it seemed as if she needed to speak with either him or Sumiko. However with his "assistant" currently unconscious he had to focus more on her before anything. Sliding the papers off his desk, Nobu gently set her down atop it, stepping back for a moment to take a deep breath. After having exerted so much energy dealing with the bandits, and then immediately running non-stop back to Uzushiogakure, his muscles were screaming out in pain at him. His legs were trembling with each step he took, and one could easily see the sweat dripping from his bare, burnt chest. Stepping forward again he leaned down to listen for a heartbeat, placing his ear against her chest carefully. When he heard one he nodded to himself before performing a few small handseals before a large ball of medical chakra formed within his hands. Placing his hands over Sumiko he allowed the energy to expand throughout her body, coating her major wounds in the healing force. After a few moments of this he stepped back, dropping to one knee from exhaustion. He'd used up way too much of his energy in that fight, and then followed it up with a long run back, his body wasn't made to handle that much work. Gathering his energy he forced himself to stand up, turning to look at his daughter with a tired smile before speaking to her in a calm tone. "Hello VanZant, sorry I wasn't here when you first showed up, I was on a mission to wipe out a barbarian encampment with Sumiko and Lucifer. We got overwhelmed so I had to take on most of them myself, and then run back here. With that in mind, how about we go get some Ramen while Sumiko recovers from her run in with the big bad barbarian?" Letting out a strained chuckle the kage walked over to the small room to the side that he sometimes slept in, grabbing a towel to wipe down his body before retrieving another set of clothing to put on.

As if on her cue her father barged into the door, holding a woman while half naked. She almost couldn't help but snicker at the sight, unaware of the situation at first, "You know, I've heard of sexual harassment in the workplace, but damn. No need to go full cosby on her." Waving her hand around in a twirl and smiling, "Us girls can't even get a proper date anymore." She then decided to actually look and witnessed her father burned and Sumiko very injured. Lucifer was nowhere to be seen and her father had begun to heal his secretary. From what she could see with her eyes, the Tenseingan, she could tell that the secretary was in trouble but would live. Same with her father, his life force was strong. But it seemed to be missing something.
"With that in mind, how about we go get some Ramen while Sumiko recovers from her run in with the big bad barbarian?"
Was her father really thinking about food at a time like this? She looked around and nodded. It was sure that everyone would live even though they would bare many scars from the encounter, standing she had to mention it. "You know you have subordinates for a reason." She said as she glanced at him with her bright eyes from a sideways glance, "A commander of an army and the leader of a dynasty is no good to the armies they build if they lie six feet beneath them. You should have sent me." As she ended her slight critique of her father she began to walk out the door, stopping at placing a hand on the doorway before asking quietly, not afraid but a silent rage seeming to build from within her. "Where is Lucifer." She paused after asking, knowing what the answer very well could be.

Olanna stared at the door in front of her with hesitation in her eyes, she didn't really want to go inside. She could hear voices on the other side of the door, which meant that there was people there and where there were people meant that she'd have to socialize with someone other than the Uzukage, which is definitely not what she wanted. Reaching up with an all too pale hand, she yanked the cowl around her head even lower, a scowl set on her features. People were unfavorable, severely unfavorable.
With another moment of hesitation, she walked inside, moving around the other person who was currently there with a swift sidestep. She stayed quiet in till she fully reached inside. Her red eyes were almost slitted, staring forward at the Kage. Cello was wrapped calmly around her neck like some sort of sentient necklace. The Red-Bellied Black snake's tongue flicked in and out as it got a taste of it's surrounding and the people currently inside the office. It deemed none of them as a threat, as none of them seemed hostile at the moment, and settled back down against it's owner. Lana, on the other hand, didn't care that none of them seemed to not be trying to kill her; she was on guard anyways.
"Olanna Hyuuga-Erimaki reporting for duty. sir." Her voice was almost monotone as she spoke, crossing her arms across her chest. The Uzukage was a handsome man, maybe she'd even be infatuated with him if relationships were ever a thing she could have. However, she'd never be the kind of person to trust another human being that much, not in the slightest. Someone would have to climb a very many hypothetical walls before they could ever get close enough for something like that.

Hearing his daughter make a joke about sexual harassment, Nobuyuki couldn't help but shake his head; laughing to himself at how such a cute little girl like VanZant became such a strangely bitchy girl. It must have come from her mother, but then again she never met her mother to become like that...was it from Masato being a little shithead all the time? Shaking his head the man emerged from the side room, fully dressed in casual Kimono and Haori, not really feeling like putting on his usual suit and tie if he wasn't doing anything important right away. Even then he didn't really need a good set of clothing, he mostly just sat behind his desk all the time or went on fighting missions, and a suit and tie weren't exactly the most suitable things to wear when in a fight, since someone could just grab his tie and pull him towards them or stop him from running away by doing said action. It was a shitty thing to happen but it had been done to him before in a fight when he was younger in the clan wars. He was that adorable little guy wearing a suit and tie at twelve hoping it made him look more important and grown up. Which seemed to work since he got laid multiple times, and then had three children. Reaching up to scratch the back of his head the Kage reached to grab one of his spare eyepatches, reaching around to slip it over his eye. He was interrupted from that thought when VanZant spoke once more, this time attempting to scold him for going out into a fight himself instead of sending his other ninja to do his bidding.
Blinking for a moment the kage raised a single eyebrow before responding to her in a calm, kind tone. He could never find the heart to be mean to his children, aside from Masato when he attempted to attack him stealthily. "Yes, I could have sent someone else to fight that Barbarian camp. Yes I could have sent you with them, but what kind of leader would that make me? A man who's not willing to fight alongside his subordinates, and instead sends them to their deaths without blinking? I refuse to be like that. Human lives have more value to them than just being weapons for me to arm and use against my opponents. I've fought more battles than most of my Shinobi have been alive years. If I want something done I'll go with them and accomplish it myself. Besides, even if I passed away I have you and Masato to take over for me." Giving a soft smile, Nobuyuki continued to fix the eyepatch, making sure it was in place before following behind VanZant. However there seemed to be another person that had business with him, seeing as a young genin walked into his office, moving around his daughter before addressing him in a very monotonous, militaristic way. Her name was Olanna Hyuuga-Erimaki, he'd been told about her in the academy before, how she was a very quiet withdrawn girl, but he didn't really pay it much mind. He couldn't bring himself to care too much about it, seeing as she had Hyuuga blood in her, but at the same time he knew he couldn't exactly treat her that differently because of her parents. Not all Hyuuga were like the ones that murdered his wife after his children were born, and he had to constantly remind himself of that.
After looking at her for a moment, Nobuyuki reached up to scratch his chin in thought before speaking towards her, his voice returning to the normal calm charismatic sound that it was most of the time. "Hello Olanna, I'm glad you're here. You came at a good time since I'm still in the office instead of out like I'd be if you came a few moments later. How about you join me and my daughter for Ramen while we discuss the things going on within my forces. It'll also be good to get you to meet the rest of the Genin and the few chunin you'll be working with on missions." With that said he gave a slight smile, knowing that even if the girl tried to deny his request it wouldn't really matter in the end. She had to report to him for her missions and squad placement, which meant if he wasn't in his office and was instead in the Ramen shop she would have to find him there instead. So it would just be easier for the girl to follow alongside the two as they headed there instead of trying to fight him on it. With that in mind he stepped around the girl, glancing at the snake around her neck briefly; the three tomoe in his eyes spinning lazily, he took in it's appearance before stepping out of the door, heading towards the Ramen shop with the two hopefully following behind him.
