After a few minutes of walking through the village the envoy and the guarding Kumo ninja had arrived at the raikage office where they recieved a full update of the agreemnet between both kages which caused a slight sigh from the white haired boy's face . " So the Mizukage was here , I knew i felt his chakra amongst these wea- , I mean Kumo shinobi... we're very grateful for your hospitality and hostmenship " He said correcting his self while thinking was hostmenship actually a fitting word or word at all , then placing the document in front of the secretary continuing " Also I take it the Raikage is gone to , so please allow him to sign this document upon his return .. it's more recordable than just a verbal agreement , you can also follow up with Kirigakure by sending a bird instead of a shinobi , we thank you once again and hope to one day serve beside you during conflict " He said with his eyes active as he was able to see the Raikage immediately heading on his way . Kaien then bowed to all the fellow shinobi exiting back out with his Sensei and partner with some Guards leading them back out .

Stats Chunin - Speed: 5(+3/-2)= 7 / Strength: 3(+1/-2) Assassin ABILITIES XXXSTRENGTHS ALMOST UNDETECTABLE -- Assassins are extremely hard to spot. If they want to hide from their foe, then whether you like it or not, they'll likely succeed.
INHUMAN SPEED -- The assassins are, without a doubt, the fastest class. They can move fast and delicately, not even making a bump in their step as their speed stretches landscapes. This is their main strength in battle. It makes them capable of dodging nearly anything. XXXWEAKNESSES STRENGTH -- Their bodies are honed entirely for speed. Their strength? Average. Definitely never above average. Even if they can outmatch you with their speed, it's relatively simple to fend them off with brute force. In an actual sword battle, or something of that kind, assassins would likely lose, because they would be overpowered physically.
DOJUTSU -- Assassins cannot really hide from people with dojutsu. That's one of their biggest strengths, gone. Also, targets with dojutsu (or anything really) that increase their perception and their ability to predict an enemies movies can easily counter the assassins speed.

Rinnegan PASSIVE ABILITIES • Rinnegan wielders have a very, very in-depth sense of perception, similar to the Sharingan. The larger their chakra is, the better you'll be at sensing their movements. Someone with 400+ chakra could be sensed from miles away.

Momoko walked in, covered in the reinbo get up with a clan symbol on it of the head, as she walked in she waited for the Kage to announce her, but you know what, she didn't have time. "LORD KAGE, I AM FROM THE MIST AND WE ARE UNDER ATTACK! WE ARE TAKING HEAVY LOSSES!" She shouted with her eyes closed, tears had formed in her eyes and she was simply quick and to the point.

He was relaxed, sitting down, his paperwork finished. He was content; he had signed a deal that would bring his nation increased fortitude, and his own political balance was brought to ease. It was one of those serene moments when you began to realize that you could do something. That you weren't inferior at your job and that you weren't going to stand as a failure of a leader. However, during his moment, someone came bursting through the building, screaming for him to help her. She claimed to be from the Mist Village. He was kinda tired, having napped for a bit on the job. The Uzumaki yawned, and rubbed his eyes. "Wha-?" he asked. "Sorry, I'm kinda slow right now. I should probably be more freaked out but I've kinda got a caffeine down. What exactly is happening? Are you from the mist village? How many attackers are there? Is this an act of war or an isolated case?" He needed to know for just one thing; whether he would go to Kiri himself to deal with them -- the boy probably capable of taking on a multitude of S-class shinobi -- or whether he would bring an elite force to take them down.

The girl was panting hard, doubling over even, grabbing her knee's as she looked at him, "I am Momoko Reinbo, head of the Reinbo Bloodline and a Chuunin of the Mist village. There is one at the gate who is battling several shinobi while more are inside. A great majority of the Mist is already destroyed and many more are being slaughtered and fighting against the same two men. . ." She would pause greatly in between every few words, trying to catch her breath, she had never ran so fast in her life.
"We need assistance, every moment we wait, more innocents are being slaughtered. . ." Tears were welling up in her eyes but deep down, she felt kind of. . . bad. Like, it was almost that she felt dark. The pure innocent girl felt a darkness she had never felt before, was it because of everything happening? Did she want peace now more than ever? Yes, but she knew not how to achieve it but she began to realize that Shinobi themselves were incapable of peace. They needed something to help them. Something to show them that peace is needed. Something to bring on the sudden peace. "Raikage, please help us."

So there were three shinobi. No one knew where they were from or the direction from whence they came, but they had already managed to destroy a large amount of the village. That was very awful. With that in mind, they must've already killed hundreds of thousands of people, if they were not evacuated properly. This was an extremely serious issue, and Christian couldn't afford to wait even a moment. "Escort yourself back to your village, Momoko. I will not be joining you. But I will be helping you. I have a Flying Thunder God seal planted on your Mizukage's palm, for in case of an emergency where he might need my aid. I will go to your village alone, straight away, and do all that I can to help." With the people gathered around in his hall, he then began to shout at the top of his lungs to inform them of what the game plan entailed. "Listen everyone! I will be going to Kirigakure ALONE to handle the invasion! This is simply because I am the only one capable of arriving there fast enough to save the village! If I do not return in twenty-four hours, I am dead. Send a force to Kirigakure as soon as possible after that point to continue to fight them off, to retrieve my body, and to help repair the village. I will be leaving now!" The Raikage then turned to Momoko, and frowned. "I'm sorry about this. I'll try and save as many as possible." He then blinked out of the office, straight away to the Ramen den, covered in a flexible screen-made barrier.

Rei wandered into the Raikage's Office, fixing his shoulders as that mission that he had just taken with his fellow Kumo shinobi was hardly a workout. He twirled his bone scythe playfully as he knocked on the door with the back of it, then, he took a step back, knowing the Raikage was an expert at making seals, which meant traps were everywhere. Probably. Then again, Rei was probably just a paranoid moron.
Calm, coordinated footsteps carried the Gennin up the winding staircase. He was very at peace at the moment. His mind was focused on one moment, and that was meeting the Raikage. He had heard him speak and things such as that, but he had never been in his presence. No. That would be a reward of sorts. With his head on other things, the trip up the tower was quick. A long hallway led him to a single door. In front of the door was another person. He knew it wasn't the Raikage, though. Or was it? Had he already forgotten the head of the village's appearance? "Is the Raikage not in?" Were his only words. Jey didn't speak more than necessary, and his tone was always a clear one. There was no reason for one to yell indoors, after all.
Rei looked to the Genin and shrugs, "Nah, seems like he went somewhere. Then again, Mist just got attacked, maybe he's there?" He looks to him with a raised eyebrow, not seeing him around Kumo before. Perhaps he was new Genin within the village.
Kirigakure had gotten attacked? That was strange. Then again, who knew what went on in the other villages? Just because Kumo was safe didn't mean the world was at peace. "I see. Well that puts a damper on things in more ways than one." That meant he couldn't go through the "orientation" he expected from the Raikage. And he didn't want to go train without any sort of direction. "It was rude of me not to introduce myself." He assumed his counterpart was also a Shinobi of Kumo. "I'm Jeyan Hyuuga. Nice to meet you." If he couldn't tell by his fresh headband, Jey was indeed a Gennin. That went without saying, though.
Rei smiled a did a gentle bow, perhaps he wouldn't sacrifice this child to Lord Jashin, perhaps he would convert him one day, "its a pleasure to meet you, my name is Rei, Rei Homura!"
Jey bowed in return, as deep as he could without hurting himself. The other Shinobi seemed nice enough, so he was quick to put himself at ease around him. Maybe it would cost him. Maybe not. "Are you a Gennin as well?" It was really hard for him to pinpoint the boy's power. He didn't want to use his Byakugan for such trivial things and risk threatening him. Not to mention many Shinobi had ways of hiding their real chakra levels.
Firo made his way up to the office to receive his squad. Not that having team mates would be of use to him, for all were eligible to become a sacrifice to the Almighty Jashin. Either way, he strode into the office with a Grin on his face, looking around at the faces of possible Future Partners and Victims, almost salivating at how high on the walls the blood would reach if he drained every person within the office of every. Last. Drop.
Kisuke Joukai, the Raikage, stepped into the office- mildly surprised to see it filled with genin. Two of them, and a chuunin along with it coincidentally. He moved through them, getting himself where he needed to be. Sitting directly on his desk, above all the paperwork and looking out towards them with a small smile. Hachibi was asleep inside him, he could faintly here his snores echo through his mind and soul, which he was used to and it put him in a good mood. "Hello, prospering shinobi." He looked at them. "What brings you all to my office?" He wouldn't go as far to say he knew them all perfectly, but he had gained their information upon them leaving the academy. Firo, Jeyan, Rei. Two were taijutsu users, the other being a weapon specialist. Rei, the chuunin, was training well on his own but.. Would they work for the same team? He wondered to himself mostly.
