Ryan and Orth nodded to one another. With a deep breath from the duo, they begin to glow blue as Ryan issues the words "Dragon Child, Clockwork Maelstrom!" The absolute monstrosity of a whirlpool that they form from combining the two skills. The pair would focus, using all the water around them to help fuel the whirlpool as well as keep it stable. Ryan was initially worried when the ship started pulling in too close but as Lykas had said, he got it back online and on that razor edge to max out the speed.

Ryan and Orth hadn't been expecting the ride that Lykas and Sub would take them on. Once it all stopped, both were not feeling very well. "When is the spinning going to stop? " Ryan says. Orth makes a similar opinion known.

Ryan hears the incoming blasts. He looks in Lykas' general direction. "Gonna keep holding onto me or are ya gonna let me help?" Ryan asks of his fellow Water Master.

Once Lykas had indeed let go, Ryan recalls poor Orth and calls out Tank, his Swampert, as he puts up a Lapis Defense as well. Ryan maintains the Defense with one hand and pulls out his pocket watch with his other. "Tank! Your time to shine! Mega Evolve, get in between all those turrets and shake em down with Earthquake!" Ryan shouts.

Once Tank Mega Evolves, Ryan turns his Lapis Defense into a Mermaid Breach to help boost Tank into the middle of all the turrets. Tank raises his two massive arms and slams them down, looking to disable all the ground turrets he possibly can.

As I started to sense Sub coming up over the horizon, I got Telia out immediately to give Sub that beacon he was looking for. But as the commands were being given I then perked up and looked back, seeing unwelcome company come about. "Oh christ, why am I not surprised!? Guys, we need to give Telia cover! Go! Lucario!" I shouted, tossing out yet another Pokeball, sending out the steel-fighting type.

"RAAA!" Lucario called out, announcing his presence.

"Lucario! We need to give Telia cover and those Magnemite has other plans! We need a Bone Rush now!" I shouted.

Lucario clasped his hands together then pulled them apart quickly, forming a large bone like rod forged from his aura. He grabbed the staff giving it a twirl then charged forth towards the Magneton and started swatting and smashing what he could to give Telia her cover.

Tristen, close to Rhyme, was trying all he could to keep a fair chunk of the burden off of her. It was exactly what he feared, he'd thought. So much power for one hybrid to handle. Though before he knew it, he, along with her, Veronica, Wren, and Reno would find themselves whisked away, out of the ship and into (relative) safety. Tristen was feeling rather sluggish yet tense, feeling as if he could explode from the sheer amounts of electricity that he had to help divert and didn't exactly have a good outlet to send it out to without catching everyone up in the crossfire. Though as he looked about at his newfound surroundings, he realized that this was no time to rest. The air about the place, strong with the sickening shadowy aura, some of the scent extremely close by. The Rhydon. Tristen only had three Pokemon that actually were shadowed and eventually rid of their ailment, but only one actually stood a chance against the likes of a Rhydon...sort of. "Guys, I think we need to break through. Weavile!" Tristen said, releasing one of his Pokemon. Out came the icy dark type, ready for battle.

---------

Freth too was whisked away, for lack of a better phrase, though instead of being with Tristen, she found herself with the immediate company that she was with, including Snagem's leader. "Sub, I swear, these plans of yours I'd think would go a lot smoother if you had a bit more communication about what you expect to happen in these things. Honestly, and yet you wonder why Blizzard complains a lot." She said as she tried to get her bearings. It seemed to be clear at first until Freth too started to notice the looming 'bubbles' that threatened to engulf her and Sub already taking the initiative. "Oh come on..." Freth said, moving forward and unleashing a biting Icy wind at what was coming at the group.

Reno, Beau, and Aria were barely prepared for the moment when the cruise ship warped through space and time into ludicrous speed. All three of them were pretty sure they even saw the universe turn to plaid for a few moments as they allegedly drew closer to their target. At least they hoped it was drawing closer. That bright light had better be their goal and not the eventual impact with a wall.

Meanwhile, down in the depths of the ship, there was Leslie. And she was drawing close to near mania at the surge of energy running through her body, her teeth digging directly into the wires she had grabbed as a makeshift bite guard and just adding to the utter power-mad feeling she was developing. But with all that energy, that was all she could feel. No actual conscious thought, just some maniacal laughter and the occasional idea of her on top of the world to keep her company in her head as she was used for the world's most unique power conduit. And then everything turned from power to just bright white light.

---

Beau would only have a moment to look at his apparent collection of Snagems before he began to see the Protect bubbles spring to life around them, attempting to entrap all of them within some form of cage. So naturally, he began to take to the air slightly in an effort to keep himself moving and throwing out his Fletchinder to try and grab Leon out of the chaos of all these orbs.

---

Leslie was....not doing so hot. She had just been yanked from what felt like unlimited power and now had supremely limited power. And that limited power was very drained from her efforts to create a ship to pierce the heavens. So...it seemed that she was now supposed to start dodging laser beams of varying colors and powers. Which...ended up being mostly Leslie doing her best to dodge the ones that were the worst colors for her and instead aiming to stumble her way through the purple beams to neutralize the Poison blasts. She was doing...passingly well but she was certainly eating a few blasts she could've dodged on a good day.

----

Reno was right in his element now. A whole lot of chaos for him to calmly wade through and use to his advantage. And he just had the perfect set of clueless thugs to take care of with his now formed team. "Alright. I see our objective. Now then, let's get this set up. Wren!" Reno barked, looking towards the Grass user. "Constrict their feet and slash their legs with whatever plants you can. Might as well keep these Rhydon still while we go for the heavy hits." Next up in his orders would be.... "Rhyme. Get a Water type and your Tyranitar. Blast that Rhydon in the face with water so it can't see your Tyranitar coming in to freight train it." As he continued, Reno was gaining confidence in his ordering skills. Hell, he might have even felt up to telling Blizz what to do if this kept up. "Veronica...little less certain what you can do as a Hybrid but...do similar to Rhyme. Distract and then give it a heavy hit." And finally, Reno turned towards Tristen. "Alright, kid. Same as the others, just maybe avoid the Dragonite. I'd rather us not all become chunky salsa."

Turning back towards the Rhydons as he prepared his own Pokeballs for his own fight against one of the giants, Reno added, "And if you got a better idea, go ahead and use it. Don't let me be the reason you didn't do something crazy. That would just be hypocritical." Opening up to see Tesei and Aleister behind him, Reno stretched his arms out and watched as a second set of slime-formed arms formed at his torso. Dashing forward, Reno would yell a battle cry towards the Rhydon before delivering a flurry of punches that....weren't likely to be effective. While he was punching, he was not currently employing the full power he could apply to his punches if he had his Metagross out. Thankfully, he was moreso there to be a somewhat painful distraction as his Reuniclus and Cloyster aimed and fired directly at the Rhydon's face will a full power Hydro Pump.

---

And finally, with Aria, she was busy staring at the entrance to Realgam Tower with a bit of confusion towards how she could aid in blasting their way through. But shrugging her shoulders, she would open a Pokeball and set her Carbink to work on blasting away at the thing with a few condensed blasts of Moonblast to try and dent the thing.

Leon was holding on to any close railing on the ship for dear life as they started teleporting to several different places. He managed to grab onto his partner before the thing started tipping as they were teleporting to several different place around the world. He even remember being in a dark void slightly with giant eyes watching them, but then soon left that realm. "HANG ON TO YOUR BUTTS. LAND HO!" Leon shouted as he heard Sub shout for GRAY to pull the trigger. Soon enough, in almost the blink of an eye. Leon was on the far side of the Fortresss on the other side of the tower. He let go of Roserade as he looked around to see he was with Sub, Freth, Terashi, and Odd. "Way to stir up the entire world with scaring them with S.S Anne II. Now let's-" Before he could say anymore he heard a 'popping' noise.

The Poison Channeler looked around to see numerous bubbles of Protect to try and capture them. "Sweet Scent Roserade!" He shouted as Roserade let out a thick Sweet Scent spread from her roses. Leon pulled out his needles as both of them stuck close together listening for any movement that didn't sound right.

Ulla was keeping focus to help Ter and Crystal keep their focus on them until she noticed Magneton and Magnemite started to surround them. The little girl was about to instruct Togekiss to fly over to Amaranth and Aile but was soon blocked by the massive crowd of the electric Pokemon. They then started to fire Magnet Bombs. "Togekiss dodge them!" She shouted as Togekiss cried out as he started maneuvering around the bombs. They thought they were in the clear but then the bombs redirected from the Magnet Pull as it hit their target. Togekiss was knocked back as the little girl hung on to her partner as he chirped to make sure his trainer was okay. "I'm fine." She said as she noticed Blizz call out his Lucario. She then had an idea. "Lucario you too! Give us cover!" She tossed up a Pokeball as Lucario popped out. "Yes Master!"

He shouted as he noticed the other Lucario using Bone Rush. "Use Aura Sphere!" Lucario focused his aura to the palm of his hands as he tossed it at the Magnemite and Magneton as it became a game of pinball. "Togekiss lets blind them with Dazzling Gleam!" Togekiss sung a small tune as his body started to glow as bright sparkles started firing off of his body to all nearby Magnemite and Magneton.

....Veronica still spooked her like Noise did, with that big, sharp, wide smile. She knew the other had a....decent head on her shoulders, but, well, who could blame the Pachirisu? Only herself.

...On a note...she goes and grabs her things. She's worn them before being blasted. She struggles only briefly to get back into position as the other electric hybrid speaks.

She nods to Tristen, posture relaxing a bit with his reassurance. It was good to have someone she still knew better. Rhyme settles her feet into position as the room begins moving. She takes a deep breath, places one hand on the Zapdos heart and immediately the air around her shifts, raising her fur and sparks coming, moving towards her body from her hand.

Sub gives her the call and she nods heavy, once. She's got this. "Here we go." She states, and connects herself to the machine by the sensor placed for...."Electric Squirrel Input."

Welp.

It was a lightshow indeed, body almost glowing hot with that intense electrical energy and it almost overwhelmed her at a point, but thank god that excess energy could bounce back into Tristan.

She cries out only when it builds to the point of warp, none of which she sees. Connecting to a Zapdos heart for a long period of time like this had the Pachirisu hybrid immobile, locked into place with that thrum of energy. She was so thankful she was locked into place as the ship lurched and moved and glitched out. Combine that with her current state of not quite lucid consciousness and she felt like she was going home.

Home.

there was the oddest pull that shocked her out of her trance as she felt herself getting pulled out of the space she was in--did the ship actually warp her home?--and then she found herself rolling on the ground. Legs didn't seem to want to work for that briefest of moments as she's laying on her back, staring up at the sky, bag to her right. "W...woah." The Pachirisu hybrid states, still sparking, still highly charged enough....That would sate her habit of Electric Gem nomming for weeks, possibly. She sits up as Tristan prepares for battle she pulling out her Mudkip. Shibuya makes a noise of alarm as it's trainer sparks, stepping away from her so that it doesn't get the brunt. She tries to get to her feet quickly. Her body's slower despite its electric high, so its an effort. "Sounds like...a plan, Reno!" One of the balls moves and a Treeko appears, joining the Mudkips side. A purified Shadow pokemon, Joshua was NOT in the temper to let his trainer get crushed by the very virus that it was affected by.

The Tyrannitar did not look happy about Rhyme's circumstance and /ROARED/ a challenge at the Rhydon. Mudkip comes charging with a waterbeam to the face of the one that was closest, and the Treeko stands protectively by it's trainer as her giant 'mother dinosaur' pokemon stomps in to take out the threat to her trainer.

--

While all of this was a very serious matter, Zwei wasn't sure he COULDN'T think of it all as a game. Especially when the ship started to move and everyone was trying to find a place to hold onto. He barked merrily to this thought about eggs and noticed Sub looking at him. The boy seemed nimble on his little legs, looking alertly before nodding and scampering up next to the two.

Or tried. He got in their circle before the ship began to warp and glitch. Oh that was an odd feeling. He was there, he was not there, he was there again but oop Keiko wasn't there--

And then he saw places. He saw people, and there was a region that made him think of his Pachirisu Hybrid friends' clothing--But it was gone again and suddenly he found himself on his feet, again with unfamiliar people around him!! Instinct tells him to say hello to everyone, but he seems to get closer to Night, looking around at his surroundings. This was...interesting! New place to explore!!

"Oh no thats not cool!!" He barked, the Lillipup hybrid dodging a fire beam and summoning his Arcanine. "C'mon, Yang!! Lets do this!" The Arcanine howls and lets him climb onto her back, the two disappearing with Extremespeed to tackle and damage some of those fire turrets.

"Right, ok," Night said before moving to find a secure location to wait out the crazy ride Sub was about to send them on. "Hell yeah, now this is a ride!" Night shouted from her "secure" position at the bow of the ship. Her tails wrapped tightly around the railing of the ships to hold her in place while her hands were held extended from her body in an imitation of the Titanic pose.

Wren appeared in the Realgam Fortress with little idea of what was going on outside the ship during the Teleportation. He was so unfamiliar with the feeling of it all that he barely even noticed they had left. He’d been so focused on figuring out what he could actually contribute to this mission that when the ship began to flicker in and out of reality, he didn’t see it happening. Upon arrival however, he would definitely notice the change in scenery. He would notice a group of other he wasn’t very familiar with surrounding him at this point. A young Pachrisu hybrid, a woman with violet skin and eyes that glittered like gemstones(~That’s a pretty one!~, he’d thought upon first seeing her), the Psychic Channeler he’d learned was named Reno and a young Electrike hybrid. There were so many children in this group, he’d come to realize by now.

Upon surveying their surroundings and determining exactly what was around them, he’d spot a group of Rhydon, Shadowfied if the anxiety-inducing aura surrounding them was anything to go by. They needed to be dealt with before they attacked. The last thing the group needed was their location being broadcast immediately on their arrival. Quietly releasing Altissima, he would point the Lilligant at the group and direct her to use Sleep Powder on the group at range. He had Hellebore on him, certainly, but now wasn’t the time to be pulling his trump card.

If the move worked, they’d be down one patrol group to be concerned over for the moment and if it didn’t, they’d be screwed anyway once they were spotted. He had other Pokemon he could throw in battle if needed as well but, this was better, right, -avoiding direct conflict as long as possible-?

And then Reno started barking orders. Screw it, why not listen? What was the worst that could come from listening to him, after all? So he thrust his palms against the floor and poured his energy into the ground. Willing the earth to obey, he felt a surge of life from the area around the Rhydon as his Brambleguard began to sprout thick vines covered in sharp, needle-like thorns, which rapidly grew to entangle and ensnare the group of Earthen foes. The Sleep Powder was still heading their way, though. So maybe it would hit before they counter attacked and put that to bed before it even started?

~~~
Odd focused, hard, on pouring more and more of his ethereal flames out across the entirety of the ship, using the Ghost Gems as batteries to pull the needed energy from without exhausting himself or Cadenza before the battle had even properly started. Before he knew it, he felt a sickening twist in his stomach as reality warped around him. And then again. And then again. Over and over, he felt the world warp, twist and fold in upon itself, never ceasing his production of he otherworldly blaze. When, at last, he sensed they had reached their destination, he stopped as he began to freefall along with the ship, recalling Cadenza to his ball and turning round to face Glissando, the Drowzee that had been waiting patiently behind him. With a silent look between them, the Psychic-type whisked them off the ship, following the mental direction he’d received from GRAY’s Claydol.
Appearing within Realgam Fortress, Odd looked around as he recalled Glissando, noticing first and foremost that the team was not all present and accounted for. He could visibly see Sub, Terashi, Leon and Freth surrounding him. He could sense the others, sort of, scattered around the island that this immense stronghold called home, though, so at least everyone else was safely inside. He would, however, barely manage to be shoved out of the way of some unseen “attack” coming at him from below. Stumbling forward as he was shoved, his body flickering and “glitching” as it attempted to phase through a physical attack that was already over before it began. As a result, throwing his hand out to stablize himself against the wall he’d come near to, his hand would phase through it and immediately be withdrawn with a yelp. “Can’t be Ebonite if we teleported in… He groaned, clutching his hand as he looked around at the various bubbles of Protect energy projecting from he floor. “Ambigunite?” He questioned. If that were the case, maybe he could take advantage of this? Focusing on connecting to Fermata within his ball(He’d brought along all of his Channeling partners this time, even if he wouldn’t be able to use them in battle, having them present made connecting to them easier), he attempted to draw from the surrounding walls as he used Infernal Fusilage, firing awild spray of arrows forged from Ghost energy into the hall and attempting to dispel the bubbles quickly. They shouldn’t hold up to very many attacks before they cracked under the pressure. He’d have to be careful to avoid hitting Terashi as he split into duplicates of himself. Leon, Sub and Beau all looked to be safely behind him at this point, however.
It would most definitely not be Ambigunite in the walls, though, but rather Purite, which he would learn rather quickly as his arrows struck the walls and vanished, no damage done to them whatsoever. It remained to be seen how much of a hindrance that might be.
~~~

Lykas watched the world around them flicker, change and morph into various scenes both familiar and unfamiliar, locales real and surreal, as he clutched Ryan securely in one of his tentacles. Dragged along the rear of the ship as it was ripped through time and space, holding on for dear life, the hybrid cackle maniacally. Sub always had the wildest ideas and, somehow, he never seemed to get tired of them. As insane as all his was and as likely as they all were to die before they ever reached their destination, the young man was loving every second of it. “We’ll break the universe or die a bloody smear on Ein’s windshield but either way this is gonna be one hell of a memory, for however long it lasts!” He exclaimed to Ryan seconds before the ship arrived as it’s final destination. Just as it did as it did and they began to freefall behind the ship, Mykel leaped from behind the hybrid, grabbed both Water masters and Teleported them toward the tower, somewhere he could set his eyes upon and ensure a safe landing.

Upon arrival to the location Mykel had chosen, Lykas recalled the Gardevoir with a smirk and another psychotic laugh before he took note of what was going on around them. Absinthe, Leslie, a young Lillipup hybrid he recognized but wasn’t very familiar with and Night had all arrived in more or less the same place. “What a ragtag group…” He grumped as his psychosis began to subside. “Let’s play a game, boys and girls!” He exclaimed as he released Naiad from her ball and released Ryan with a nod to the Channeler. Directing Naiad to use Icicle Spear, he’d snatch up the icy spike before it could explode and warped reality as he used Trick to trade the explosive icy shard with one of the turrets for it’s Elemental Gem power source. Before the turret could attack again, the Icicle Spear should explode on it, damaging the machine from the inside. He would’ve just tried to rip the turret from the floor but he figured that might not work as well.

He’d attempt the same technique on the remaining turrets, figuring that unless they were smart machines capable of learning what he was doing, between him and the others, they could not only remove he threat but stockpile whatever Elemental Gems they had for a bit of extra firepower in here.

~~~
Kaya arrived near the fortress gates with Crystal, Keiko, Darts, Cera and Aria, having been blown away by the sights of the world warping and changing around them the way it had been. XD002’s presence in the Fairy Realm had screwed up the world something fierce, he realized, as he felt, deep in the pit of his being, that they weren’t just skipping across the face of the planet but through time and dimensions as well. He knew the feeling of leaving the Earth dimension, having visited others, very well. As the ship had reached it’s destination and he’d been ripped from the ship’s bow by Claydol, or something else, he wasn’t even sure, he prayed to the Crone that it was still possible to save this world when they were done here.
Looking around now that he was on the ground, he would realize nothing was protecting this place from the front. He could see there was some way of opening the doors from the outside but, without having the key, whatever that was, blasting their way in was their only option. “Before we go knocking on the door and asking for an invitation inside…” He started, looking all around them more closely. Let me see if these magic fingers can find a key around here the way they do elsewhere.” He told the rest of his group. His ability was Magician and it seemed to have a knack for finding keys of some sort no matter where in the world, or the Fairy Realm, he was at or whether he was fighting something at the time.
Crystal panted as she got up, staring at the remains if the SS Anne II. Trying to help focus the teleportation was a bear to say the least, and while she was glad that the task was done, she understood now why they didn’t enable that particular feature. That was some extremely trippy stuff happening, and if she had eaten before all of this, she’d wonder if her food got spiked with something. ‘Hey, Apolla, time to return for now. I’ll need you rested up for later.” She’d recall the Espeon and look to the door, tilting her head. With a pull of her braid, she called out to Kaya, “Alright, you have a couple minutes until I bring out my Charizard then. He might not be able to mega evolve right now, but he can still be a blast.” The hybrid would humor the Klefki knight’s plan, see if it would work. If it did, great, Demon Wing wouldn’t have to be brought out yet. If he was needed, well, the dragon would at least enjoy belching out as much fire as he possibly could. One destructive b*****d he could be, but at least he listened to her.
~~~~~~~~

“Ah, of course, here’s the beginnings of a welcoming committee.” Aile narrowed her eyes as Tatooine dodged the Gyro Balls, only to see another issue. “Hell... Tati, dive!” A small nudge of the horns, would aim the dragon as she dove, following the direction of the pull, at least partially. It would be easier to escape the pull when one went with it, just to build up speed, or it should. As they made the attempt to break the pull, the two would fly past the turrets attacking some of the other Snagems. “Well hell, let’s see if at least someone can’t help them. Sarlaac, help them out! I’ll be back as soon as I can!” Aile would send out her little sand pile, the Sandygast landing near one of the turrets.

“Saaand,” she’d squeak, readying an Earth Power on it. As it was charging up, though, Sarlaac would start glowing a bright while light, her form shifting. After a moment, the light would fade as a significantly taller sand castle now took the sand pile’s place, finally launching the Earth Power at the turret she was facing. “Palooooo!”

Finally, Crystal, Kaya, Darts, Cera, Keiko, and Aria would appear right in front of the entrance to Realgam Tower proper, the door sealed up tight but no one or nothing appearing to be protecting it right out front. They were in the best position to bring working on blowing a hole in this door and quick. What luck for them.
TerashiLeonGoken

Keiko nodded and let Natalia out her ball, explaining the team's plan to the Xatu, who only nodded. When the time came (sooner than expected for Keiko and Absinthe), Keiko found herself at the entrance to Realgam Tower before she realized what had happened. She panicked a bit when she didn't see Sub or Abby nearby, finding Crystal, Kaya, Darts, and Cera, and Aria with her. Deciding to roll with it, Keiko tried to pull the door to the fortress open, but predictably, it wouldn't budge.

Darts looks back and forth at the various efforts ranging from blasts of fire to fairy energy and Kaya... staring away into space dreamily? None of the efforts seemed to be making much headway. "Well." The gambler says firmly, his voice deepening as his fists clench at his sides, a swirl of azure energy rippling from his collarbones down through the living fabric of his jacket, the edges of the garment swishing and twitching as it inundates with blue fire. "It's been a bit since I've done any breaking and entering but..." The ground beneath both of his feet cracks and crumbles away as his mass increases proportionately to the Outrage beginning to pour through him. He raises both golden hands, fingers outwards with his palms flattened to a spade shape. He slowly begins swirling his front foot, focusing as he coils his muscles like springs beneath his jacket, whirling forwards suddenly with both arms striking like lightning as he releases another burst of energy through the tips of his fingers. A chilling echo of a dragon's roar rolls over the nearby Snagems as he splits the portcullis with a massive Dragon Fang, the chop he unleashes splitting the metal with a screech, blue sparks flying as he cleaves it cleanly in two.

"Darts... gonna give it to ya..." He huffs, chest heaving with the effort as he struggles mightily to force his Outrage back down inside his core. "Knock knock open up the door it's me..."

"Gale, careful!" Amaranth called at once, ordering her Pidgeot to keep up the evasion in an effort to start getting back to the rest of the small group. When that seemed unlikely thanks to the Gyro Ball and Magnet Pull combo, she had a different idea in mind and had Gale try to counter it with Heat Wave. Something to throw them off just long enough...

---

"Knowing him, he's probably already expecting UUUUUS!" Cera would find herself quickly and desperately clinging onto whatever she could get a hold on, bracing herself for the trip of a lifetime. Possibly again, and almost certainly not to be the last of them either. She'd get the occasional glimpse through the ship's windows of environments she wasn't totally sure of. Were they moving around that rapidly? Or was the ship somehow managing to navigate the sea of time while also going on whatever course it was running? None of it made much sense to her, and just as she was sure that perhaps they'd reached their destination- Sub shouting for GRAY left little doubts in the assumption- she'd find the ship around her disappear, followed by nothing for a split second, and then right at the door to the fortress with a handful of others.

A cursory glance was enough to reveal that not everyone was there; probably scattered in the frantic teleportations and whatever scrambling surely occurred. The Mew would look up just in time to see the ship crash spectacularly against the fortress' barrier, then to the door itself as Darts cleaved through the door. "Oh, right, you're not supposed to look at the explosions."

Wanting to offer some sort of help, and maybe help Darts' efforts to calm himself, she'd manage a bubble of psychic energy around her before flinging herself into the cleaved door to further push the pieces away and accelerate their conversion to debris. It doubled as a way to just start getting inside already, though she was wary for any potentially falling Metagross.

---

Once the ship had come into view and there was an opening, Amaranth would take the chance to have Gale dive and swoop away, noticing the turrets shortly after and seeking to provide some sort of protection. "Granite, ready a Light Screen!" She shouted, tossing a ball once she was close enough and letting out her Carbink to get to work.

Veronica was uneased with the ship moving faster, she struggled to keep her balance. "Eh.. I get sea sick easily." Well, I get transport sick easily. She felt dizzy and hung onto the wall as she started to step back. That light show Sub mention probably would not do her eyes much good. Still, Veronica wanted to remain nearby in case something went wrong. The boat started to feel like an earthquake and Veronica's face grew pale. She went over to a corner, only feeling the annoyance of knowing what was about to happen. Then, she vomitted on the floor.

Usually, after throwing up she would recover pretty fast but this wasn't one of those times. She started feeling both hot and cold and her sight started to go black every so often. It wasn't normal.
Suddenly, with the instant change of direction Veronica was thrown back. She grabbed onto whatever she could for the ship's next disppearing act. "********. What the hell is going on." She yelled and grumbled.

When she was finally teleported to land, she struggled to get herself together. Her instincts became sharp and the look on her face remained deadly. Part of her was ready to attack anything that came near.
Her pupils were dilated as she watched Tristen's Weavile appear. Then she heard Reno's orders. That was quite curious and made her wonder about where to attack. Then a voice in her head reminded her of the voice's familiarity and her face soften. "Right..." she whispered to herself and brought out a Night Shade to briefly distract the Rhydon. She then pulled out her Jellicent. "Hydro Pump." Veronica's pose returned to that of a normal human being as she pointed to one of the Rhydon that was already being targetted so to completely knock them out one by one.

As the Jellicent went over to take a good aim, Veronica recognized her hands shaking. She decided not to take time to think about the brief lost of control she had. There wasn't much to do about it in the moment after all, she only hoped that no one really noticed. That if they weren't all looking at the Rhydons, they would be distracted by the explosion - a pretty explosion at that. Veronica glanced at its flames and by the time she looked back at the battle in front of her she noticed a shiny Infernape next to her.

"Yea, uh, it doesn't really work on me because you're shiny, you know." Veronica dryly complained to the obvious Zoroark illusion. With a sneaky grin, Cosmo turned back into a Zoroark.
"You're fighting without me." he whined.
"Well, no one said we had to fight fair. Go ahead and attack them with Dig." Veronica signaled over to their enemy. Cosmo snickered and followed her orders. She took a deep breath, realizing just how bad her mind had gotten only moments ago. Not now. Not on This mission.

(Characters involved: Blizzard and Ulla)

Blizzard's and Ulla's Lucario would both masterfully meet the threat of magnet Pokemon, one taking a physical approach as it smacked several of the metallic creatures with its energy 'bone', the other providing cover and long range support with a ball of mentally controlled 'aura'. The two Lucario worked in perfect tandem, no doubt feeding off of each others aura, showing how well Lucario could fight alongside their own species. When it seemed like there were just too many for them, and that Telia would certainly be taken out before she could be of use to the others, Ulla's Togekiss stepped up and unleashed a Dazzling Gleam and while it did not harm them much it did make the group recoil for a brief moment, long enough for what happened next.

“Well met, Blizzard.” A voice called out followed by a blue blur streaming through the air and slamming into a Magneton near the Articuno hybrid, the blur revealing its self to be a Metagross which had just slugged the magnet Pokemon with a fierce Hammer Arm. Riding on top of the Metagross as it now hovered in midair was the Hexagon Brother Blusix, the former Cipher member looking down at Ulla for a moment before speaking. “I heard you got along fairly well with my brothers. I hope you'll see to their freedom.” He said to the girl before turning his attention back to Blizzard. “We've had our differences before but right now we have a common enemy and a common goal. Go, put an end to Ein and return to me my brothers. Allow me to remain here to take care of this lot and work on redeeming myself. I have reinforcements arriving shortly. Besides, I think you're needed elsewhere.” He informed Blizzard and Ulla both, pointing downward. Directly below them were the Snagems that were about to become Shadow Rhydon chow, they should probably go help them. (See section directly below.) In the mean time both Ulla and Blizzard could see various Cipher peons arriving on scene in the air, one on a Skarmory, another one a Fearow. They were likely spurned by Ein as well and were too seeking revenge. All help was welcome.

(Characters involved: Rhyme, Veronica, Wren, Reno and Tristen.)

On the inside of the gate the Shadow Rhydon guards would be taken by surprise by Reno's group. Reno singling out one of them with a flurry of psychic constructed 'goo' fists, the Shadow beast snorting in annoyance as it instinctively brought its arms up to defend its self from the punches despite them not having much effect. However the flurry of blows served their purpose once the Hydro Pump came crashing into the monster's face, sweeping it clean off its feet as it tumbled backwards like wet piece of cardboard.

Another Shadow Rhydon also took a blast of water to the face, however weaker and not nearly as devastating. The beast would roar at the little Mudkip that sprayed it before having its attention grabbed by the much larger and bigger threat that was Tyranitar. Deciding not to bother with the other two Pokemon at Rhyme's side the Shadow Pokemon would rush towards Tyranitar, intending to meet its challenge, that was until Wren's vines came shooting out of the ground and bound it in place, the beast completely unaware of what was coming for it until it did thanks to its tunnel vision focused on Tyranitar.

Next came Veronica who hit a third Rhydon with a Night Shade, blinding it for the time being while she focused on the one Wren had just bound. Her Jellicent would blast the restricted Pokemon with a Hydro Pump, finishing it off with surprising ease it slumped over in Wren's grip. The Night Shade blinded Shadow Rhydon would stumble around for a bit in a rage before the cloud of Sleep Powder it unknowingly found its self in lulled it into a deep sleep as it slumped over and onto the ground to rest.

Finally the fourth and final Shadow Rhydon would react to all that was going on, making a rush towards the Snagems before a little Zorua would catch it by surprise as a sink hole opened underneath it, the Shadow Pokemon falling into the hole, only its upper body above the surface as it struggled and flailed around after being hit by the successful Dig. Wren's vines would soon sprout up and ensnare the already trapped Shadow Rhydon, pulling it deeper into the ground and into its proverbial 'grave'.

Tristen and Weavile would get to do little other than stand by and watch and perhaps wonder how they pulled that off so effortlessly and with ease. Moments after the last Shadow Rhydon fell and after the dust began to settle it really seemed like it was over that easy, none of them so much as twitched besides the sleeping one. However the young boy, easily the most sensitive hybrid when it came to “hybrid sense” mostly because of his species, would be overcome with a feeling of urgency and trouble as his fur began to stand on end. Reno would eventually sense the impending trouble thanks to his own Psychic abilities but alas good ole natural instincts would kick in first for Tristen, vital seconds prior.

The Electrike hybrid could feel the flow of energy in the ground, largely thanks in part to the machines hidden nearby responsible for this event, the Electric hybrid able to sense their electrical current as they activated. Soon enough anyone sensitive to the foul presence of Shadow energy could feel the shift happening as the hidden machines drew out from three of the Shadow Rhydon what remained of their life force and fed it into the fourth sleeping one. These devices were not unlike what was used to flood Cherrygrove City years ago.

Enormous amounts of Shadow energy swelled inside the slumbering Rhydon, salvaged from the very 'souls' of its brethren which were now nothing more than rocky corpses. As the vile energy swelled inside the Shadow Rhydon it began to physically grow in size, its stone hid becoming rougher, its spikes longer and its horn positively deathly in size. Just like Shadow Mewtwo, however to a lesser degree, the amount of Shadow energy contained with this Pokemon caused it to physically alter. Now standing at an abnormal eight feet high the Drill Pokemon would effortless rip the vines off of it as a visible aura of red energy exploded into existence it, the Shadow Rhydon entering Hyper Mode. Once again Ein has shown his disdain for life and desire to only protect his own interests, going so far as using three living Pokemon as nothing but fuel for a fourth to turn it into a mindless weapon.

With an angry and yet pained roar the Shadow Pokemon would stomp madly on the ground causing a wave of Shadow energy to wash over the hard stony earth. The ground would become corrupted by the energy and what was once hard sedimentary rock turned into fine loose sand. The altered sandy ground would begin to rapidly flow towards Shadow Rhydon, its foul energy dragging the earth towards it, quickly forming a cone shaped sand trap, the Shadow energy also acting as an unseen gravity-like pull. Shadow Pit, an unnatural Shadow move which threatening to not only restrict the movements of the Snagem and their Pokemon but to also pull them into the Shadow Rhydon's deadly grasp. All grounded non-purified Pokemon have now been Shadowfied. (You may decide if they instantly go against your orders or if you prefer do a random roll.)

(Characters involved: Leon, Sub, Freth, Odd, Terashi, and Beau.)

Several of Terashi's clones would become trapped in the Protect bubbles, the Channeler instantly seeing what would happen if caught as they were whisked away into the ground, some sort of ghostly force allowing them to pass through the ground if his and Odd's Channeling sense was right about the type of energy being used. Terashi's plan seemed to work so far as the 'bubbles' pursued the real Snagems less aggressively, at least at first. This would allow Freth a window of opportunity to successfully blow away a couple of the ones that were targeting them with a well timed Icy Wind, the 'bubbles' knocking into each other empty, the bubbles breaking upon colliding. Leon's plan to stand fast was a little foolish at first but fortunately Beau swooped in with Fletchinder and snatched him and Roserade off the ground, sparing him from a bubble which had came very close to encapsulating him.

Odd's Infernal Fusilage would go off without a hitch, the Ghost Channeler taking out several bubbles before they could snatch any of the Snagems. Indeed if he hadn't drawn from the Purite in the floor he would have confirmed its make up any way after seeing the bubbles pass through the ground with Terashi's clones. Sub would hang back and stick close to Terashi after realizing the type of opponent they were facing, using his own energy to mask Terashi's presence who would be weak to ghostly forces.

The Sweet Scent would prove not to be in vain however, at least to Odd and Terashi. As the pleasing aroma swept over the ground the Ghost and Psychic Channelers would detect a change in emotions in their unseen foe. They didn't pick it up at first, sometimes it wasn't always easy to detect malicious presences, especially when you're focusing on your own safety, but when the presence was forced to calm down thanks to the Sweet Scent Odd and Terashi were able to detect the shift instantly. Its calming effects didn't last long as the force quickly went back to be angry but it served its purpose in 'pinging' the presence for Odd and Terashi. Below them, in fact right under them, as in under their feet.

Odd or Terashi would force the entity to reveal its self via some means, the ground beneath the Snagems turning pitch black and equally dark long arms wiggling around in the air, gripping the 'bubbles' in their hands, revealing that those Protect bubbles weren't free floating. A ghoulish face would materialize on the ground, complete with piercing red eyes and a toothy grin. It was a Cofagrigus of some sort, a very big one and apparently out of its sarcophagus, spread out onto the ground about the size of half a football field. The exposed and now angry Ghost would immediately attempted to swat at Terashi with one of its newly revealed hands, Ghost energy empowering the blow.

Another free hand would 'snap' at Beau and Leon, creating an explosive spark of Will-O-Wisp, the embers of the large spark flying towards the pair, controlled by an unseen force. A third hand would attempt to slam a Protect bubble into Freth from behind, the Dark One would attempt to help her but had his own problem as a fourth hand came smacking down at him. "Freth! Watch out!" He screamed out as he jumped backwards and released Nevermore, the Murkrow executing a Quash on the hand that just tried to crush him, keeping the appendage pressed against the ground with the dark pressure. If the hand holding the bubble missed Freth it would certainly try again unless she stopped it or did something about its owner.

Odd had his own problem to take care of as well, a force not seen by the others assailing him as the Cofagrigus cast a Hex on him, attacking his spirit with horrific images. However, there was one benefit to this, if you could say that. Odd would be pained yet he was subjected to what the Cofagrigus considered horrific and painful, that is images of a human father having his children taken away from him via kidnapping and death. As the images played out Odd was able to piece things together, this Pokemon was in pain its self. It had lost something or something dear to it the Hex told Odd, and while it did indeed intend them harm it preferred to have what it lost back. Ein did it, he was controlling this creature by holding what it desired hostage. But where was it being kept? Did the Ghost know? It certainly wouldn't tell him willingly but first he needed to break free of this Hex, staying under a powerful one too long could damage ones emotional soul, as Odd was aware.

(Characters involved: Aile, Amaranth, Abby, Ryan, Leslie, Zwei, and Lykas.)

Chaos would ensue as the turrets fired at the Snagems and they fought back through various means. Ryan's Mega Swampert would land right in the middle of a group of ground based ones thanks to his trainer's Channeling, the Mega Pokemon then proceeding to take out a good chunk of them in one wild swing of its massive muscular arms, the turrets not standing a chance against such force. Abby's Stufful would seem to mimic the much bigger and more powerful Mega Swampert as it executed a Brutual Swing, smacking to bits a few turrets here and there. As Leslie stumbled around and took the Poison based beams head on she was still at risk of getting fried by the Fire based ones, fortunately the young Zwei took the wise initiative to call upon his Arcanine and with the blinding speed of Extreme Speed and its ability either absorbed the Fire 'lasers' or outright destroyed the turrets firing them, sparing Leslie any super effective hits as none of them appeared capable of Ground energy beams. Night would score a few hits on some Ice ones with her Fire moves.

Thanks to Lykas' wise use of Trick he would have taken out several turrets and accumulated a good few Elemental Gems, at least two to three pieces of Ice, Ghost, Flying, and Fighting Gems. However the turrets would seem to become too many as a Grass turret managed to score a hit on Mega Swampert, an Electric one zapped Stufful, and a pair of Dark beams threatened to slam into Lykas from either side. Whatever was controlling the turrets seemed to be finding its footing as numerous new turrets shot up out of the ground and began to charge up a massive multi-directional assault of Normal energy beams. Moments before they fired help arrived in the form of Amaranth and her Carbink whose Light Screen and own typing allowed it to stonewall a bulk of the Normal blasts followed up by Aile and Sarlaac who blasted to bits from the ground up the rest of them with Earth Power.

After a few more scuffles with these machines the Snagems would find themselves standing in the middle of a mess of scrap metal and debris, the turrets all taken out. The way forward was now open, Realgam Tower standing before them. The group would eventually catch up to another group which found its self standing at the door to the tower, a door which wasn't going to stand for long. (See section directly below this one.)

(Characters involved: Darts, Keiko, Aria, Kaya, Crystal, Aile, Amaranth, Abby, Ryan, Leslie, Zwei, and Lykas.)

The large sliding metal door wouldn't budge for Keiko, nor would it 'answer' to the Moon Blasts from Aria's Carbink and before Kaya could even attempted to actually open it the old fashion way, with a key, Darts stepped up and presented the door with his own 'key'. With fierce dragonic might Darts would effortlessly cleave the door in twain, parting it in ways it wasn't designed to. Now an open twisted hole in the tower the door no longer served the purpose of keeping unwanted guests out and the Snagems could freely enter.

The group consisting of Darts, Keiko, Aria, Kaya, and Crystal would combined with the group consisting of Aile, Amaranth, Abby, Ryan, Leslie, Zwei, and Lykas as the two entered through the mutilated entryway and into the bottom most floor of Realgam Tower together. Originally a clean and kept lobby with a checkered floor and metal sculpture of Sudowoodo standing in the middle of twin fountains, the former lobby of Realgam Tower looked nowhere near as it used to now. The fountains were still there though the statues gone and their pumps no longer active as their pools have long since dried. Instead of an opulent chandelier hanging from the ceiling now a twisted almost honeycomb shaped mass of metal clung to the ceiling, many near hexagonal openings dotted across it.

Not long after the Snagems entered a beeping sound mixed with that of buzzing could be heard followed by a swarm of tiny little Magnemite rushing out of the mass of metal hanging from the ceiling, their hive. The barely inch wide Magnemite would hover in place just outside the hive in a swarm before the hive its self parted open in two allowing a grotesque looking Vespiquen to hover out. Distorted from numerous experiments the Vespiquen now had a strange magnet-like appendage in place of the red hexagon they usually have on their forehead along with a yellow antenna. The beehive Pokemon also lacked wings and instead again possessed magnets which looked very similar to those seen on Magnemite, Ton, and Zone. Various other bits of metal were embedded in its organic flesh and once vibrant yellow coloring was now dulled and near gray. A mutant Pokemon servant to Ein, one of his many experimental slaves, one of which Snagem had encountered similar before, a Vespiquen altered to command Magnemite and the like in ways similar to Combee, creating a perfect hive mind, many bodies acting as one and thus the perfect security force under Ein's command.

With a metallic buzzing like sound the mutant Vespiquen would command the swarm of miniature Magnemite to attack the Snagems as it executed Attack Order. The mites would combine together via magnetism to create shapes to attack with. A trio of 'spikes' would slam down into the ground around Ryan, Lykas, Leslie, and Zwei, feigning to stab them but instead intending to corral them together as they dodged the spikes. The mites would executed a group Discharge through the inner area to fry those within the limits.

Another break off group would form a deadly disc which rotate violently like a saw blade, completely with sharp 'teeth'. The blade made of tiny Magnemite would fly at Crystal and Keiko at a deadly speed, aiming to cut them down. However if it missed, or rather when it did, they would discover that the disc was actually locked onto another; Kaya, the mites using their magnetism to seek out the hybrid with the metallic body, aiming to slam into him and explode with extreme violence. Unless stopped the 'disc' would not stop its pursuit.

The other five (Darts, Aria, Aile, Amaranth, Abby) would find themselves staring down the bulk of the swarm in the form of a massive 'drill' spiraling towards them, picking up speed along the way and also electricity as it began to crackle more and more violently before it became covered in a mass of electricity rocketing straight for them, exploding in a fierce Discharge upon contact with whatever, though at the speed it gained it may be wise to do something to stop it before it got too close.

After the electro drill was over another presence would arrive in the form of a man with white hair riding in on a motorcycle hovering over the ground. Leaping from the bike came an Espeon and an Umbreon, one firing a Psybeam the other a Dark Pulse at the mutant Vespiquen which immediately executed Defend Order to shield its self with a wall of its Magnemite drones. Jumping off the bike and raising his glasses was none other than the former Silver Snagger, Team Snagem Wes.

“Sorry I'm late.” He said with a tone of confidence. “The Gridd told me you guys managed to break through, I came running as soon as I could. They also informed me that an inside source tells them that Ein is preparing something big up there to take care of you guys. What kind of source they could have in there I don't know, all I know is if he is trying to buy time and has something planned it can't be good. I do know the elevator still works for whatever reason, you just have to activate the switches in the opposite rooms. Why don't some of you take the left room and some more the right and we'll get up to Ein quick. The rest of us will handle this thing.” Wes said as he took out another Pokeball and stared down the Vespiquen.

On either side of the room were automatic opening doors which would contain a floor on a track which would slide into another room, in these rooms the Snagems would find switches to activate the elevator back in the lobby. They would also find other things but first thing was first, who would go where and who would stay and fight? Regardless it was indeed strange that Ein kept this running, but for now they had no other choice, trap or no trap.

I could feel the Ghost-type energy in the air before the source manifested, the old feeling of the hairs on the back of my neck standing on end. That old nervousness. Even without the bubble of Ghost-type energy that used to be stuck in my head, that old fear reaction was still there. Still, it's not like I had time to be afraid.

Every time a Protect bubble caught one of my clones, said clone would dissipate. There was no point in continuing to focus Rala's energy on a clone once it was captured. That said, it was interesting to find out that said bubbles were weak on the outside. Made sense, considering they were meant to be cages. But the enemy shifted before I could make a move, deciding to strike at me with its own body. Even with Sub right beside me for support, I wasn't going to not defend myself. I felt Brunor's energy swelling into my hands, and in no time, the energy from his Psycho Cut manifested as swords of pure Psychic energy that I called Psion Edge. Before the Confagrigus could swat me, I swatted back, attempting to cleave the Pokemon's manifested body with the weapons afforded to me by my Psychic Channeling.

While Absinthe's Stufful was zapped with an Electric bolt from a nearby turret, the powerful cub did its best to ignore it. There was far too much work to be done to go down to one attack, after all. Despite Stufful's determination, however, whatever was controlling the turrets didn't last long. "Good job, Fluffy," Abby smirked, recalling the Stufful now that the fighting had been temporarily reined in. With two of the three groups of Snagems reunited, the group made their way indoors.

Keiko couldn't believe her eyes.The creature before her was unlike anything she'd seen before, though it didn't help that she'd never met a Vespiquen before. Yet, as she stared the beast down, she couldn't get the memory of the mutated Victreebell scarfing her down back in White Forest. She snapped out of it the second she saw the Magnemite buzzsaw, however. She dodged, but then noticed it change direction, almost as if changing targets. Fearing that someone could get seriously hurt from that, her Return triggered, allowing her to swat at the buzzsaw's center and knock it off-course, hopefully. Before she could do anything else, however, Wes showed up and a plan was formed. Since Keiko was already deep in Return, she decided to fight, which left Abby to take a door on the right to try to find a switch that would unlock the elevators.

Ryan would run over to Tank and pat him on the shoulder. "Nice Job. But let's keep moving, I'm not wasting your Mega Transformation on just this one little area." Ryan says and the pair would trundle along towards the big door.

Ryan had to convince Tank that the group probably wouldn't appreciate him using Hammer Arm to break open the doors. Tank would mumble something below audible range and Ryan would smirk as he helped open the door.

And it was a good thing that Tank was still Mega when those nasty Magnebees attacked. Ryan takes a step back towards his Mega Swampert and takes a knee. Tank then uses his massive arms to help shield his trainer from harm.

Once the nasty Magnebees were gone, Ryan would finally break the Mega Evolution and recalls Tank. Now that he was heading deeper inside, Tank would just be too bulky for close quarters. "This thing is all yours, Wes!" Ryan shouts as he barrels off towards the right side to get that platform and go deeper into the Tower.

"Ugh, apparently Ein took a page from Flare. That being said, seriously, where the hell did he get so many Magnemite in the middle of nowhere!?" I said to no one in particular as Lucario continued to hammer Magnemite and Magnetons one right after the other in near rapid succession. As one attacked Lucario however, Lucario had to dodge out of the way and backed up towards me, breathing somewhat heavily. The aura pokemon breaks his focus and his aura-based staff dissipated into the air. "A little much?"

"Raaaa..." Lucario said.

"Don't be hard on yourself, Lucario. Mission accomplished." I said, looking over towards where the S.S. Anne made impact briefly only to be distracted by Telia dashing over towards Lucario and I. She, herself was a bit wiped, between having to help guide Sub's Macguyvered up missile following up to having to deal with a bunch of Magnemite herself, only to a fair bit lesser success that Lucario had. "Blast it, we need to regroup with the others. We can't stay up here all freakin' day fighting these things!"

My instincts suddenly tripped, out the corner of my eye I manage to catch a blue blur slam right into a nearby magnet Pokemon. When I managed to realize who it was that came to the rescue, I was left a bit astounded, if not confused, let alone wary considering who came to our rescue. After Blusix left us back at the lighthouse, I was almost certain this whole operation was going to be a trap. I still kind of do. When he brought attention to what was going on below however, my instincts then tripped once more. I rushed over to the side and looked down...

---------

Down below, Tristen was trying to get his own Weavile to provide back-up. Lay finishing blows and sneak strikes of the like. He didn't need Weavile to get caught up in any devastating blows that these Rhydon could very well dish out and leave Tristen one short Pokemon near immediately. At least, that's how he planned it. However, one thing seemed off...there was that rotten smell still. He assumed at first that it was just the Rhydon collective as a whole, but then something felt off. He could somewhat feel it...electricity? Here? Was this just him still on that voltage high from the Zapdos heart? He still felt off from that at least; but this...felt different. Tristen couldn't quite put two and two together...at least until he started to see what unfolded before him.

"Guys...?" Tristen said, trying to bring to the attention the one lone Rhydon being suddenly powered up. How was such a thing possible? Is this how Shadow Mewtwo came into being? It was even more unnatural than it usually was, that much he could tell. Before the likes of the group could react, both he and his Weavile got shook right off their feet and then suddenly felt themselves getting dragged and had a hard time getting out. "AAAA!"

--------

"Tristen!" I shouted from above. I looked back towards Blusix; he seemed to be serious about standing ground here. I had no choice but to trust him now. "Ulla, we got to bail and get down there, now!" I said. "Lucario, Telia, come back for now. I'm not getting you two caught in that mess!" I said, taking out their respective Pokeballs and recalling them back into their balls. I then took a running start then dove right off the tower, diving form the group below, one arm out, charging a Sheer Cold attack. It was going to take a few seconds to get down there, let alone get in range to blast this thing, but it was all I had right now.

-------

Tristen as he continued to fight through the slog the Shadow Rhydon had before him, he took notice to what looked like a blue sparkle above him. He knew that blue glow as it descended upon the group. He needed to make sure that Rhydon wasn't going to go anywhere and the attack can land like it needed to. "Weavile! Can you move!?"

"Vile!" The Weavile managed to get some footing for the time being.

The boy quickly thought, trying to figure out the best course of action. He had one idea; considering the circumstances, at least to him, it made sense. "Weavile, Punishment!" Tristen shouted.

"VILE!" The Weavile managed to struggle a bit, but managed to get free for a moment and rushed the Rhydon. He didn't think in the grand scheme of things this attack would outright down the Rhydon. All he wanted was a flinch, a stagger, a knock down, anything that could buy time for not only his father figure he knew to be descending on the battlefield, but any other Snagems to do what they need to do.

----------

Freth, after dispersing a few of the bubbles, perked up on Sub's warning of 'look out'. Freth quickly looked back for only a second, then quickly dashed off with Agility to avert whatever it was that threaten to ensnare her. "The hell is that!?" Freth asked to no one in particular. She would soon get her answer; an answer she cared not for. A Cofagrigus, an enormus one, one she couldn't have imagined being this large, materializes. Freth's jaw pratically hung there for a few seconds, in total shock at what was going on. "Ok, I know there's a lot in this world, but I am calling bull on that." Freth said.

Freth wasn't quite sure what she could do against that. Even super effective attacks was probably not going to do as much as one might hope. Freth bit her own finger for a second as her mind started to race, trying to find the best course of action. She might have one, but then...all the other Pokemon in the cross fire...no. The cost would be too high and its only the start of the mission. "Ugh, of all the..." She tosses out a Pokeball. "Absol!" Freth shouted. She had only one other idea in mind just then...hopefully the others can follow through.

In a flash of light, the ball busts open and out came the once-shadow Absol, making a howl upon its arrival to the battle field. "Absol! Taunt! Get that thing's attention!" As she sees it, this thing is pre-occupied with ensnaring everyone and putting them out of commission. It needs a distraction...

"ABSOL!" the Absol shouted out, practically swaggering and taunting the large ghost...something about getting imploded in a house.

"...is that a reference?" Freth was compelled to ask.
