Remy walked with Sam and Cait. All of the sudden, they were looking at a new broom! Such torture! She placed both hands on the window, and stared at the broom. Lucky rich people! "Wow. Much nicer than mine! Eurgh. I hate that CleanSweep, but what I really want is a Firebolt. Always have, probably always will." she said with a light sigh of longing. Now was not the time to discuss her finances, though.

Terren finally released himself from Heather's death grip just as Richard was leaving. He waved at him and his friend. "Bye, Ricky!" he called. Remy quickly made her way back over to her friends at the broom shop, and Terren wanted to go so badly! He took Heather's hand in his and ran towards the group. "Come on, Feather! We have to hurry!" he said as he pulled her along. Finally, they were with this group of students. "Hiya!" he said with a grin, the gaps in his smile obvious due to him losing his teeth all the time.

Heather was pulled back to the group containing Nell, Sam, and Caitlin. Remy was gawking over a new broom, as usual. "Oh. Guys, this is my brother, Terren. Terren, this is Caitlin, Sam, and Nell." she said, pointing out each person to her younger brother. Heather walked up beside Remy and stared at the broom. "Would be great... if we could afford it..." she muttered. Her family had enough money to pay the bills and buy the food and keep them all clothed. There was no extra budget for a Firebolt II. Heather sighed. Oh well.

Caitlin looked up when Sam spoke. She nodded simply when he suggested they go to Wiseacre's. She followed after him and looked at the broom stick. Her eyes sparkles more than they did when Sam and her broke into the broom closet. "It's amazing!" She said with a brilliant smile. She was tempted to slip her hand back into Sam's but refused the urge to, just in case Remy saw it or said something about it. Instead her hand just brushed his gently. When Heather and her brkther showed up, she turned and looked the boy over. "Hi Terren! I'm Caitlin. You look about the age of my brother." She said with a friendly smile.

Remy smiled when Nell said she "ran into" Da and Ter at the shop. "Lemme guess. You ran into him just like I ran into Sam?" she said, a mischievious smile gracing her lips. She glanced at their family shop, Slug and Jiggers, and smiled. "Heath! Someone's in the shop! A customer? Oh, Mum's in there too! He has help!" she said. She took her summer "job" at S&J very seriously. She had to, if she was going to be able to afford a Firebolt by seventh year!

Remy's eyes went huge when Nell pulled out her hamster. "Awwww!" she squealed. Henry, was that his name? So cute! She gave another smile. Haruhi, Remy's owl, flew over and landed on Rem's head. She nestled in, and curled up on the girl's hair. "Really, Har? Really!" she said with a smile. The bird loved to 'nest' in Rem's hair, especially when her hair was messy from sleep.
