Alex didn't even hug back, just standing there, almost like dead weight. "My inner demon was something I never wanted to happen to me..." He started to say, now crumbling down and just wanting to fall over like a worthless doll. "He was my polar opposite, wanting to kill and cause destruction, something I never wanted. Every day it would eat away at me, making me want to just die. My master didn't make it any better, constantly wanting me to fight and always threatened me whenever I so much shed a tear... Soon, I was almost no more, the demon almost having full control... Then... they were taken away, and the chance for the cure was given. I took it... wanting the demon to die and to live life happy once more... but it never helped. I just became a worthless human, unable to succeed in anything... Every day I have nightmares of my demon, my mind shrouded with the mental scars given by my former master and demon..." Tears began to roll down his cheeks, "I just want to be happy at least once... I want the scars to disappear, the demon to go away..."

She held onto Alex, not allowing him to fall to the floor. She didn't speak or move for a while. When she did, she said, "I'll make you happy again, Alex. I can't erase the nightmares or memories, but I can help heal the scars and make you smile again. I'll help you realize you are not worthless. You're my best friend." Alexia released him, hoping he wouldn't fall, and smiled at him. "Let's pack my things." she told him.

Alex was ready to just fall over, but kept standing, some of what Alexia said stick to him. "Your my only friend, let along my best friend..." Alex then said, slowly going around to help her pack.

She dug around the clothes and found her only bag she owns and started putting clothes inside it. "Just get my things from the bathroom." she said, "I got my clothes." She didn't have to worry about any food since she only got what she needed at that time, so nothing would go bad and be thrown away. After getting her clothes in her bag, she picked up the mail she left on the table. Bills. She smirked and just ripped them up. She didn't need to worry about the utilies here anymore. She was going to make Alex happy; she wouldn't be here for much longer.

Alex did just so, grabbing her toiletries and such and heading back to her, butting them in the back as well. "My home is far from our current location. I wanna apologize for the distance we have to go just to get there..." He said. His place was about an hour away, kinda out of place from the rest of the city. It was still in the city yes, but in the farther out area of it.

She grabbed the small presents she had and stuffed them in her bag before closing it. "I could fly us there and cut the travel time short." Alexia offered.

"What if I'm too heavy and hurt you while traveling? What if something hits you and causes you to fall? I don't want you to become injured..." Alex said, now over worrying about the situation.

Alexia slapped her free hand over her face. "I've have years of practice, Alex." she said, "Plus, I'm not that weak! I lifted you up here, didn't I?"

"But that was a shorter distance. This is miles away..." He said, still worrying. He calmed down a little and finally for over it, taking her hand. "I-I'm ready..."

She smiled and walked out to the balcony with him. "Just tell me where to go." Alexia said before lifting them up with her wings. - OOC: Feel free to just godmod them to Alexander's house. razz -

Alex directed Alexia to his home, the trip taking about twenty minutes by flight instead of an hour by walking. "Here is home..." he said, pointing to his huge home. The exterior was huge! The house was two stories and had over ten rooms. The front yard was clean and nice, a fountain right in the front of it. The back had a pool, a cabana, and a lot more space of just grass and trees.

"Whoa..." Alexia said, landing her and Alex in front of the house, "It's amazing! You actually live here?" Even when her parents were alive, they didn't live in a house as luxurious as this though they had a good income.

Alex simply nodded. "Yes... I'll show you around the house..." He said, taking her inside as he opened the door. The inside was just as big as the outside, two staircases leading to the second floor in the first room of the house. He led her to the kitchen, a nice big room with the latest appliances. Next was the living room. A big, leather couch curled around a flat screen TV with a coffee table in the middle of it. The next room was upstairs, starting to look at the guest rooms, only two of them actually guest rooms. There were four other rooms left in the house. Two bathrooms, his room which they haven't seen, and another room which was kept locked away to anyone except Alex.

"It's all so astonishing, Alex!" the winged girl said in awe, "I feel like I'm in a castle or something!" She smiled at her best friend and curiously looked off towards his room's door and the locked room's door. "Can we look in those rooms?" she asked, "One of them's your bedroom, right? Can I see?" Alexia was kinda nervous about the whole series of events that just took place, so of course, her mouth was continually moving.

"Money buys many things..." Alex simply said. When she asked about the locked door and his room, Alex simply shook his head. "No. No one is allowed in the locked door except for me... My room is also off limits to anyone but me..." Alex said, still shutting off help even if he needed it...
