ninja Wahahahaha! I have been addicted to Spore for the last....um...month? Hence my lack of appearance. But It was time well spent as I have invented such things as: Pork-o-pede (where hot dogs really come from) Honkimoose (an adorable elephant with moose antlers) and the Sundae Driver (an ice cream truck built like a tank)

Earthquake in Virginia just a moment ago. It was big enough we felt it here in Baltimore and apparently they felt it up in New York too. Weird stuff.

Everyone around here is sort of freaking out because they aren't used to it. Wasn't anything big, naturally. A lot of people I know have taken to joking.

And Hurricane Irene is supposed to take out a lot of like Florida and the Carolinas and stuff. I'm so glad we live in Ohio. My whole life we've only had one Earthquake, and that was last year and it was itsy bitty cause we're on a sub-fault line. We do get floods a lot around here though... and in the area I'm in we're famous for having like the weirdest weather ever...

The most we've ever had here is a bit of a tremor and some gnarly thunder storms. Nothing amazing.
One of the few things that makes me glad to live in the UK.

Baltimore has crazy weather. Hurricane is due to come in and impact us, Isabella flooded our entire downtown a good few years back, we have hot sticky humid summers where temperatures regular hit 100, heat indexes > 110. And then winter is one blizzard after another. Plus heavy storms. Yaaay.
I couldn't live with dull weather. It isn't exciting.
