Yeah, I forget some of the details, but your taste buds adapt via new cells over a period of two weeks allowing you to acquire tastes if you keep at it. I definitely hated soy milk until I kept drinking it and drinking it.

Speaking of conditioning, I just read that you can, more or less, disable your gag reflex by squeezing your left thumb in a fist.

The tattoo I got Nov 3 has officially today ceased to burn smile Hooray!
The shop I got it done at is doing this thing for Domestic Violence Awareness. The only money the people in the shop are making is for tips-- the cost of the tattoo, with a purple ribbon, purple ink-goes to an association around here that provides support for victims. I hadn't heard of anything like this before now. So naturally I went out to get one >_<

@Enna again: I think it has to do with the brain, you disable other functions by focusing the stress into the fist making. You can't squeeze lightly. You must squeeze hard.

Aha, never will I ever tattoo my lips. I thought the right ankle would be a good place for it considering my left ankle's got "love" tattooed on it.

Love Trigun. I've only seen the one season but I instantly fell in love with it. Vash is probably one of my favourite characters ever in the history of characters.
