Eh, just hang out with the guildies on the IRC and Skype, then, if you really want to get back into it without getting back into gaia itself *shrug*
So, I had an incredibly weird dream the other day. I was on a cruise ship and Dracula was the bartender. I was some guy who'd survived an encounter with Jason Voorhees and the people on the cruise ship wanted me to tell my tale of terror... so I hid under the counter as I told the story, that way Jason would have to cut through the counter to get at me with his machete @.@ Then Jason and Freddy both showed up and I think there was going to be a fight between them and Dracula, but I woke up. Shrinky dinks were also somehow involved.

I had a dream last night also. I was on a mission to give President Obama a hot dog while he visited my workplace at the library. The secret service was outside, on guard.
A volcano or some type of explosion happened. I remember ducking. And then I was back to making sure the man got his hot dog.

I am back from a loooooooong vacation. I haven't posted in this guild in forever. If anyone wants to add me as a friend, go ahead. I definitely missed gaia. @Chexley
I know exactly how you feel. Though my account wasn't hacked, when I came back to Gaia after almost 2 years, it felt lonesome here and it still does.

For a while, I just stopped checking in on Gaia entirely. My social life outside of the internet took a sudden upturn, and I got busy. I majorly regret not setting aside time specifically to talk to some people from here, though. I had some great friends that have now drifted quite a ways from me, and I cannot blame them for it.
Now that I'm back around, it's nice, but I miss the way it was when this place was more populated. Oh well.

Yeah, it's getting pretty stagnant at times. It's depressing because the friends I've made here have been some of the best I've ever made. It's a shame to drift away from them.
Hopefully we'll all start posting more often soon.

I was on hiatus when I didn't have net for about 9 months, and then again for a month or two when I was in the hospital. I've left another guild temporarily because I was sick of the userbase, but I ended up going back. x3

I'll admit, with school and work, I'm ready to crawl into bed by the end of the night.
I think the stagnacity of the guild is why I stopped coming around. : (

Uhg, so I got emailed today saying that I had homework due for the first class in a couple of my classes. So I go back to the dorms tomorrow, unpack, and spend the evening doing homework xp
Oh! There was something cool I was thinking about earlier, but I forgot... I finished knitting my first patterned scarf today, though! surprised Also, everyone should watch Time Bandits because it's funny. And I found out today (after I've seen Time Bandits multiple times. That movie is part of my childhood) that the actor who played Napoleon in it is the same actor who played Bilbo in The Lord of the Rings. Whaaaa.
It's midnight. I wonder if I'll be able to go to sleep early enough tomorrow night so that I can get up for class on time sweatdrop

When does class start for you, Lobo? That's kinda lame that they're already giving you homework if you don't start, like, say, another week or whatever.
I should start studying my Chemistry textbook because I suck at it and would like to ensure a passing grade for this upcoming semester. sweatdrop

*huggles everyone* I'm in a volunteer program called Katimavik for the next 6 months, so I'm going to be extremely busy and won't be able to post much if at all.
I feel bad for having drifted away from the ATG, but real life is taking a huge priority right now. I miss you guys a lot, though. I wish you all lived closer so I could hang out with you IRL.

@Kerri: That's cool that you're volunteering. : ) I used to do that a lot over the summer -- now I'm just too lazy.
I agree with you, though. I think we're all at that certain threshold in life and must concentrate in crossing it. Good luck with your program! biggrin

I love you, Kerri! Hopefully I can go visit you next spring. Spring 2013, we'll meet after the end of the world 3nodding
And I start class tomorrow, so... off to do homework now.
